I own about 8 or 9 vapes. Maybe more :-)All purchased from The Vape Pad. I’ve trashed all the vapes I purchased elsewhere. They simply didn’t measure up. Now I refuse to go anywhere else when it comes to buying a new vape, replacement coils, batteries, juice, and everything in between. They know me by name and I love how you acquire bonus points/stars when you buy stuff…. Next time you come in, you can use them for a discount.They will replace coils for you to make sure the juice saturates the coil perfectly (so you don’t end up burning it). If I come in with a vape or a tank that seems to be leaking or having some sort of issue….they can diagnosis the problem like a vape doctor haha. Long story short they know what they’re doing. And if you’re a total newb, that’s perfectly fine. No judgement - they will make sure they explain whatever you need to know. And they will not take advantage of you and rip you off, simply because you don’t know much about vapes.They’re awesome. If you go somewhere else, you’re missing out! :-)

I love The Vape Pad.When I moved to the Bowie area last year, I needed a vape shop, as I was used to going to my own favorite ones back home.Found this one because I wanted a store that could also do same-day delivery. I'm proud to say I've gotten to know the owner well, and this store is absolutely amazing.High quality and premium products, extremely knowledgeable staff, a very clean and well-maintained store...and also a great place to just hang out and shoot the breeze if you want to.I truly think, unlike chain stores, this store offers customers a more personalized and unique experience.If you complain about the prices, then you're probably used to buying subpar products and not good ones...this store only sells the best brands. I've bought new devices, juice, coils, etc. and they are all top notch here.Keep doing what you're doing, Vape Pad! You guys rock!

I've been frequenting The VapePad for a long time now. The store is committed to providing quality service and products for a fair price. They staff is knowledgeable and readily available to help with any problems you experience. The store has been extremely receptive and welcoming to me over the years.Bonus point: the bathroom is really clean too!

I always go here for my vape needs. These guys are very knowledgeable and helped me find the rig that fit my needs. I love the juice they recommended as well. Their customer service is top notch. They are kind and courteous. They always make me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this shop.

This place was a pleasant surprise. The shop looks small but they had a wide variety of selection. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, fast service. The guy gave me really good recommendations for proper use and flavors that fits my taste. Thanks for the help. I’ll come back to get more juice.

Extremely overpriced. A bottle of juice that I pay $23 for at my normal vape shop, I was charged $39 here AND it was only a 3mg bottle that he “added a shot of nicotine” to? So he’s not only paying less to the vendor based on the level of nicotine in each bottle but also highly upselling the product by a lot more than what I purchase my bottle that is already 6mg. Bottles of nicotine to increase nicotine levels in a bottle of vape juice you can purchase 10mL of 72mg/ml (which makes 6mg) for literally $1.99. And the vape juice from the vendor per bottle is $9.00. And get this…. The price doesn’t change per bottle of juice if the nicotine level is higher or lower. This place just doesn’t want to put in the money to purchase the pre-made bottles from the vendor because they would rather rip everyone off. So that’s $30 in profit per bottle of vape juice purchased. After tax, my bottle totaled to $39 and some change. After tax at my shop is $25 something. That’s just crazy. Don’t go here to buy anything. Go to somewhere else. I promise it will be ALOT cheaper. The guy working the day that I went in was also was talking badly about other vape shops in the area which I didn’t think was professional. I didn’t like the place at all. Doesn’t have much of anything. It seems like more of a hangout vape area than a place for vape expenditures and even then it’s really not a place I think I would want to hang out at because of my experience there. Very few juice options and it’s really just dark and empty in there. This is definitely not a vape shop I would recommend.

Need to quit black and milds….Did some research prior to looking into vaping and shops in the area….found this place and red some reviews….great service and even more so I got a real class on the vape industry and vaping period…..really impressed with the amount of knowledge and the way the it broken down to me being a complete rookie…..would completely recommend this place to anyone….SN: the bad reviews you see gotta be personal….I mean I know no business can please every customer but my experience was truly enjoyable and no way anyone could say they had a bad or negative experience here

Store tried to upsell me and almost refused to sell me what I asked for by name. Salesman was rude and gat false information and mad eme feel bad for ordering supplies online.

Cool shop but overpriced.Employees are friendly but the place is way overpriced.A pack of coils for my device is about $35 compared to $20 at other stores, and even cheaper online.Two bottles of ejuice cost me almost $100! Insane.Seems excessive to me.

Outstanding store with amazing customer service, reasonable prices, and a very chill atmosphere. Def my go-to vape store since moving to Bowie. Employees are very knowledgeable about products. And deliver it you're in a certain mileage of the store, which is an amazing plus!
