Carly at the Crofton guest service location was so patient and kind with helping me with my curbside debacle order I created today due to my error with selecting the wrong location. She came up with a resolution quickly by cancelling my order for a refund and even gave me a new gift card number to add to my account for the other half of my order. Thank you Carly for your excellent customer service and helping a senior citizen like me. I truly appreciate you !!! You are a true asset to Target !

Absolute trash especially to their employees, they are overworked overstressed and management just laughs in their faces. The store is a complete mess, the fitting rooms are just a pile of clothes.

2024 Update: the store has declined in merchandising, Customer service, and neatness. After recently visiting a Target in another state, I realized it seems to largely be location specific... this store seems to struggle in recent times with maintaining an organized, neat, and friendly, serviceable store.
Classic Target. Good service, good selection. Only wish it was a Super Target.

I so don’t like this target bad customer service and I come buy gifts card they’re say I can’t buy no more then 20 gift card 1 time why ? Iff don’t want sale just don’t sale ít, a lot happens before never come again

Target is always clean , helpful workers and can 99.9% of the time find what I need ( and then some extra items along the way. )
Larry who works the carts in the parking lot is one of the nicest people I have met. He over heard me talking to a dog Trainer in the front of the store about how l lost my German shepherd and it brought tears to my eyes. As I was walking to my truck, Larry was collecting the carts and came over to take mine. He explained that he overheard me talking about my German Shepherd that I lost and that he was really sorry. These words were super comforting. I thought it was very sweet that he took the time to talk to me . Please give Larry a Kudos.

The store lacks management supervision, organization and experience, from trying to park and get in with a clean cart, to stocking right at front during busier times, no customer curtesy and help, and lacking in items or choices.

Do not use Target Shipts
service because the shoppers steal your groceries! The shopper took pic of my groceries in their car and said it was deliverd.

I’m giving target 5 stars because target is my favorite store I love target . I do have to agree with the other reviews ever since this target change the layout the store looks a mess I think it was nice the way it was I do like how updated front lanes. Also the staff needs stop following people around in store one morning I was there soon as they opened I had on my scarf and sweatshirt and sweatpants I came there to get medicine because I had cold then just happened to look in women section then 2 staff following me looking through clothes watching me and I said to them I see you both you don’t have to follow me around I don’t have to steel. The next morning I went to target the same time I was dressed up hair done walked in the store the same 2staff that followed me the day before greeted me as I was coming in the store I said good morning you don’t remember me I’m women that was here yesterday morning you followed around in women section then the 2staff apologize to me. Discrimination is real no one should be discriminated because of what they come to the store dressed like everyone should be treated equally. Lots of millionaires dress regular and you wouldn’t even know they are millionaires.
