Great experience! She followed what we wanted for the haircut to the tee and did her best to give us what we wanted while working around the mats in his fur! We’ll be back for sure.

Sue is by far the best groomer I’ve ever used. She’s so sweet & kind & she was wonderful to my old dog! He was 18 years old, mostly blind & deaf so he would get nervous going to the groomer but he absolutely LOVED Sue! She was so nice & patient with him & was always so flexible & understanding when I would have to reschedule at the last min because he wasn’t feeling well. I’ll never take any future dog anywhere else! Cannot say enough about how wonderful Sue & Sue’s Sudsey Pup were for my old dog Bear!

Don’t feel the Google reviews are reflective of the quality of service you will receive. Sue herself is a very nice lady, as a groomer I can not recommend her. Worst haircut my dogs ever received.Very choppy, rushed, and amateur, just an embarrassing haircut overall. Yes she is on the cheaper side compared to other groomers but not worth having to spend 1.5 hours fixing her work. Also, doesn’t require proof of vaccinations, kinda shady for a professional establishment.

I have been taking my dog to Sue’s for almost a year. I had my dogs grooming appointment for every 2 1/2 to 3 months. I wanted my Pomski’s fur trimmed shorter last visit and I was told it would damage his fur, and it wouldn’t grow back nicely. Well for some reason she called my mother and asked for the OK to shave my dog today. They claimed he was matted. Below are the pictures of what my $2500 Pomski looked like yesterday and what he looks like now. I called Sue’s to talk about how mad I was that she shaved my dog, and she told me that I should learn how to brush my dog. She has groomed my dog for the last four grooming’s and has never said a word. She’s never ever said anything to me about my dogs grooming habits. It is clear that she didn’t want to be bothered grooming him, and she took the easier softer way and shaved my dog BALD!!! Now I am calling the vet to see what type of health repercussions it’s going to have for my pomski to be so exposed to the sun. Who would ever do this to a beautiful animal? I’m am sick and disgusted about this !

Sue is amazing! While our pups may not necessarily love it (skittish mini dachshunds), we know she treats them with love and does an amazing job!

Wonderful groomer and exceptionally nice lady. One of best groomers we’ve found in decades of dog ownership, you can feel how much she cares for them. Sue is so kind with the dogs, even our most anxious and nervous dogs do well under Sue’s care.

Sue is absolutely wonderful and prices are so reasonable. She is so sweet with my 2 pups who are terrified of nail clippings. She gives them each a treat afterward and they love her. I recommend her whole heartedly.
