After speaking with Justin over the phone, everything was set up and ready to go once I arrived. His customer service skills were exceptional. Justin was patient, professional, and attentive to my wants and needs. Because he possessed good listening skills, he was able to find a great unit at an excellent price.

They're increase your rental by $50/month a couple months after starting your lease for no reason.
The "temperature controlled" units are not temperature controlled if you have a drive up unit. All the same sized drive up units are attached so if you have neighbors who spend a lot of time in their unit with their doors open, your unit will be hot and humid in the summer which defeats the purpose of it being temperature controlled.
If you spend 10 mins on the phone waiting to get a hold of customer service they'll pick up and within a couple mins it'll get disconnected and oh yay... you get to call back and wait another 10 mins for someone to answer the phone. Then you'll deal with rude reps who have attitude problems.
The staff on-site is very nice and helpful and I've met several of my unit neighbors and they're wonderful. It would to have been explained all these things I've mentioned above when I spoke with a sales rep multiple times trying to get info before I rented a unit.

I would recommend Storage Mart to anyone. The management goes above and beyond to make sure you are have a great experience. They are helpful and kind. The units are clean. The hours are very convenient. I am very happy with Storage Mart.
