Always love this Soma as the girls working there are so helpfull and friendly. I always struggle finding bras that fit me but Soma has a larger selection of bigger bust sizes than a lot of other stores.

I was very disappointed with the service I received today 02/12/24. The young lady with the red hair wasn't very pleasant. She acted as if my questions were annoying her. I usually have a good experience but I will go to Annapolis from now on. Maybe she needs a little more training in customer service.

I stopped in the SOMA Boutique in Crofton this week and was pleased. After 30 years of wearing VS undergarments I needed a change. SOMA had a proper selection and the ladies that assisted me were attentive and helpful when I explained what I was looking for. The Crofton SOMA is a quaint little shop where you feel valued as a customer. There was a sale going on the day I went and who doesn’t like a sale! I’m looking forward to returning soon for lounge wear.

Very expensive crabs ($95 per dozen) that were horrible, some not edible. Even after complaining we still had to pay for poor crabs that should of seen garbage before they hit the table. They were literally trash.

I went in looking for specific items. I asked about the parties and was told “They are in that bin over there.” She didn’t even bother to walk towards or point. She nodded her head to the front of the store. Then I asked about a specific bra. I told them I liked the one I’m wearing, I want to purchase more. After about 10 minutes if me going thru looking for my size, neither sales person bothered to assist me in looking for what I needed. I left. I can get more service shopping online!

Victoria was SO helpful- this was my first experience shopping at Soma and she was amazing helped me find something that fit comfortably and that was the right size she took her time and ensured i was happy with what i picked out, comfort, style and fit.. will definitely be back. I can’t thank her enough!!

I want to give this place below 3 stars, but the lady who helped us was really nice. Unfortunately, both staff members were not educated on how to size bras and tried to get the individual I was with into a 42 DD when in the end, we bought one online from Kohl's that was a 44 B and it fits her great. This isn't Soma specific but it is incredibly disappointing how uninclusive bra sizings are. The highest band size was 42 on the floor so every time my companion wanted to try on another bra that had to go in the back room for a long time. They also ran out of options for her really quickly. It kind of blew my mind because she is a pretty slight woman, despite what the band size might say to you. The sizing complaints can be made about pretty much any bra shop but at the very least I expect them to be better about doing a bra sizing for someone. They were way off. (Didn't even measure both the breast and ribcage, just over her breast).

The girls properly fitted my wife and got her into the most comfortable bras she has ever owned. Very knowledgeable and helpful, no pressure sales. A great experience for any woman looking for a better fit. They even have a comfortable chair by the door for a husband to wait.

Wonderful experience at Soma with Shawn and Lori! I went this morning to get fitted and got my bras and was so pleased with my experience I brought my mom back hours later for her fitting and to get bras. We both really appreciate the attention and care we received at this store! Do not go anywhere else! Go to Soma in Waugh Chapel for ALL bra needs. They will take care of you. A+++ for Soma in Waugh Chapel. Thank you ladies!!!
