Safeway is using the exact same packaging but no longer has 16 oz but 12 oz instead. Got home to make dinner to find all of the Safeway brand boxes have less in them than before. Disappointed.

I went to this store on Sunday and you would think with the coronavirus scare the manger of the store would require their employees to social distance themselves and wear mask when dealing with customers. But instead the employees were all hanging up front near the cash registers with no masks BSing with each other. One was actually hanging over customers trying to help in self check out. Walking out the pick up service personnel was running orders out to customers and not wear a mask. There was NO hand wipes at the door to clean off carts. This store has no measure in place to ensure their customers have added protection. Thank goodness I had a towel and I grab plastic bags to cover my hands. I won’t be going back there .... this manager needed a good talking too or let go!

The pharmacists and staff here are professional, helpful and provide services with a friendly greeting. I've had as many as three family members being serviced at the same time and have always received superior service. If a prescription needs to be ordered, they keep us informed when to expect delivery and give excellent follow up of pick up time. Happy I moved our pharmacy needs to this store!

If you are only going to have ONE register open, it shoild not be the express checkout. People should not have to either choose to be rude and put their whole weeks worth of groceries up on the 15 and under lane, or use the poorly designed self checkout. at least if your self checkout was a full lane, like Giant a large order would be ok. I spent twice as long checking out as I should have because I had to deal with the computer telling me the weight was off and I had to wait for the attendant to hit a button about 30 times. the attendant was nice, your policy sucks.

Need more employees in the Pharmacy. The employees you have are excellent but are obviously struggling to fulfill all of the needs of the customers.

I came from another pharmacy. The pharmacist in charge of this pharmacy runs a tight ship, gives accurate times, BUT never sacrifices customer service - she is friendly, makes recommendations and doesn't act like you are a burden. I've used several pharmacies in the area and this is BY FAR the best!
