This location and the RF on Veterans Hwy (not sure of other locations) are getting cheap and watering down their fountain drink; ice tea, lemonade, strawberry matermelon juice. It's like water. Extremely weak! I'm not paying $2+ for a fountain drink that tastes like water or paying that amount for water. If I wanted water, I would have bought water. RF needs to get their act together and fix this or they are losing my business.

Better than the royal farms across the bay bridge ! Gas pumps don't work and it's old chicken. Never go to the one in grasonville west bound before the narrows bridge .

Not sure whats going on at this location, but coffee machines needed refilling and when I finally checked out, there was 1 clerk working up front and self check for like 4 stations. Of course I use the station that has an issue completing my payment and when I ask for a clerk who is sitting in the corner for help she tells me she's on a conference call to ask the other clerk for help who was already helping someone else. Not a helpful response when I'm trying to pay and get out the door. Maybe speak with the staff and manager about being a little more helpful and courteous. The "conference call" can wait a moment to help your customers if there is an issue.

Of all the Royal Farms I’ve been to, this is probably the least well run and most unprofessional store in all the ones that are open and down route three north and south in Maryland in Anne Arundel County. The employees behind the counter, making the food or arguing and yelling at each other constantly bickering back-and-forth, and there’s one guy in older guy in there who just will not shut up and is rude as all get out. The store is dirty, the bathrooms are filthy, The staff is just unbelievably bad… I will never come back to this store again.

The food counter workers were playing explicit rap loudly. The worst part was it was Drake dropping F-bombs. Hardly appropriate for a public family store.

Sandwich attendant ate food in front of me while making my sandwich. Had the guts to make eye contact with me while doing so and did not change gloves. I highly recommend going to the Wawa across the street.
