So easy to check in and scan my cards, waiting room was sufficiently sized, and the person taking my blood was awesome - very competent, friendly, and professional. I also like how the results are presented in a way that's easy for me to understand

I brought my client here twice two separate days to get blood work done. And the young lady could not get him and told me he was dehydrated. He was not dehydrated it was her with her technique. Quest needs to do better and get some people that know exactly what they're doing here. It took her almost 45 minutes to get his orders together.

This was a very pleasant first blood draw for me. The lady, Natasha, I believe, was super friendly and did excellent work with communicating exactly what was going to happen. She made it an enjoyable experience.
Speaking of enjoyable, the Quest website made it easy to get an appointment for this location. The waiting room is small, but as long as you have an appointment, you should be fine. The Quest Lab is all the way back through aisle 8. Thank you!

I have worked at Main Lab years ago46 years drawing blood. Walked in, no apt but waited 10 minutes. Phlebotomist took at least 30 minutes to order tests. She did not ask my name and 1 other identifier. She had to stick me 2 x and left with a bruise. Attention to detail missing. Will not go back there.service

First time ever in my life I felt pain drawing blood. She didn't even prepare the vein. She just stuck the needle in my arm. It was very painful. My arm is still very sore 3 days later. This was my first and last time using Quest!

They have a new lab tech here and she is extremely slow. She spends a lot of time socializing with patients instead of just performing the work. I had a scheduled appointment and still had to wait over an hour because she spent so much time on one patient. There is only one lab tech and while I was there there were 7 people waiting in the wait room. I have never waited more than 10 minutes while having an appointment at this location. Service is really horrible now.

There was only one tech working and she did not seem overly confident in what she was doing both with the paperwork and the bloodwork. More than two weeks later I still have bruising from where she drew the blood. I can't recommend this location.

Good phlebotomists, terrible management. Had an appointment, arrived early, waited over an hour. Unacceptable.

This location used to be good about a year ago. There is a new lab tech there now and she is horribly slow. There is only one lab tech at this location and she spends too much time socializing while there is a room full of patients waiting for lab work. I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen.

Ok. So they have a rule, if you are 10 minutes late, they cancel your appointment. Fair enough. So what happens if you are on time and there is a person in line in front of you, and when they complete, you only have 1 minute left until your grace period has been exceeded? I know the answer. By the time this happened and i was able to log myself in, I was literally 11 minutes late, 1 minute over the grace period. The tech didn't care and took several people who came after me before me, causing me to spend way more time waiting then intended. Unfair. The wrong way to treat a customer. They could have and should have been nicer about this circumstance. I was after all in the office prior to the end of the grace period. Also, their web site never warned me that if I was 11 minutes late that I would be canceled. I suggest that Quest consider explaining that when the customer makes the appointment. Would not have solved my particular problem, but it would be better to learn up front that this could happen rather than finding out after logging in to their waiting room system 11 minutes late.

This has been the worst, most frustrating experience. We drove around looking for this place, since nowhere did it say it was in Safeway. We tried calling but you cannot get a live person. When we finally got here we were more that 10 minutes late and we’re told to use the checkin tablet to make another appointment and the earliest was later that afternoon, keep in mind I was fasting. These people Do Not Care.

Me and my husband had a horrible experience this morning with the staff at Waugh Chapel location. This specific QUEST location is in Safeway. The two ladies there were very rude with us. We both booked for a 7:30 AM and 7:45 AM appointments for PCR test for travelling. One lady called my husband inside but asked him to do the test by himself (swab his nose). She was standing outside the room.. When my husband asked for when he may get the results, that lady says "I don't know. " and kept saying something rudely. We understand that she may not know, but there is a way of saying it professionally. As per me, the lady who took me inside the room, checked my credentials and immediately said my appointment was not properly set. She wouldn't even listen to what we said and was very rudely saying that I will have to go back and reschedule my appointment. I felt like we were discriminated. The ladies at least should have behaved professionally if not friendly. I would never want to go that location again!
