Slow as hell .2 cashiers on duty and one was on the business phone and the other one was slow as hell.Myself and two other people people walked out of line.I will go to Odenton Navy Federal because they are so much faster. SMDH.

I’ve been a member for years. I’ve never been to this branch in particular but I tried it today. I was getting a cashiers check and was told that I needed 2 forms of ID to have the check printed. I went to my car and came back to only be told by a different teller that I did NOT need 2 forms of ID. I’m all about policy but please don’t lie for nothing.

I had to assist my young adult child with finalizing paperwork on a approved auto loan. We went on a Saturday late morning. The branch was welcoming the lady who checked us in was friendly. It wasn’t a long wait before being called back. The representative who handled the paperwork was very friendly, thorough in explaining everything and answered all questions. What she couldn’t answer her associate came in and helped. Everyone we interacted with (4-5 different people) was professional and helpful.The process was painless. I would definitely return to this branch again.

WOW!! I'm still looking at my bank account with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 100 $ in my bank account cause i've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life..until MRS CHARLOTTE WAYNE came along, the man who changed my life totally. i had concluded that all account managers in groups were scammers but M proved me wrong, every time i apologize to him for doubting him from the start. I like NFCU. No issues with the local credit union. However, it would be extremely helpful if NFCU listed the actual local phone number of the branches. Calling the main 888 number and then going thru that very annoying and blood-pressure raising phone tree is enough to make one consider an alternate bank. I want to talk with local people about local issues, not someone far away.

I had a very pleasant experience here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I met with Cynthia and she assisted me. She was so kind and informative. Cynthia made me feel like a valued client and not just another bank transaction. She guided me through my application process and made sure I had all the information I needed after I was finished. Even in the midst of Covid with social distancing restraints Cynthia was very warm and kind. I appreciate her being so personable and I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend visiting this branch. I will be returning.

The Navy Federal in Glenolden and capital heights, MD are always plagued with long lines and atm machines that are often out of service. I find that the majority of Navy Federal credit unions that service the predominantly African American area are like this. When I go to the atm in white neighborhoods they're ways up and running with know problems. Go figure!!!! Three arm's here and only 1 works.

A lot of staff are nice, but i had a major situation happened that turned me off from this location. My husband and i were in the market for our first home mortgage. One lady in particular was suggesting an ARM mortgage to my husband and I without much thought. She talked about her personal experiences wanting an ARM and never asked us what our plans were for our future home (our first and only home was the plan). The entire process felt like she did not want to purchase a home. She continued ranting without knowing much about our finances and we listened...just trying to be polite. Everything she said was just negative, like she didn't want us to get a mortgage. We are debt free, tons of savings, and both have credit scores over 800. Needless to say I went with another bank. I went to multiple navy locations shopping for a mortgage and this lady is the only one I've encountered with this ARM mindset. It was bizarre. Yea we look young but we have it together. I always hear negative stuff about mortgages and people of color and I really hope that wasn't what happened to us, but it made us uncomfortable. Good thing we knew we wanted a fixed rate and did the proper research. Now we are proud homeowners and our house has been treating us well.

I love Navy Federal. They have the best customer service. When I go into any branch, I am in and out. They are very professional and it's obvious that they care about their members. They have policies and procedures. They don't deviate from their high standard. Navy Federal rep's are Very helpful and have pleasant attitudes. Thank you Navy Federal. I'm so glad to be a member!!!
