Mid-Atlantic really saved us in a pinch when we had an unexpected issue on a day we were to leave to go out of town. They went above and beyond, especially Amy, to make sure our car got fixed and we got on our way as planned. Excellent service and I highly recommend!

A first time customer and a happy customer. Brought my car in for spark plug replacement at around 8 am and it got done within an hour. Front desk lady (her name is Amy?! I could be wrong) was very friendly and professional explaining everything in good detail.
Will definitely come back again!

***update: manager reached out, they are standing behind their work. Manager was wonderful and seems to care about the customers.
*** if you have electronic parking brake** got my rear brakes done 2 months ago, 1st time using brake after brakes being replaced. Brake got stuck due to the Actuators not being programed correctly to the cars electronic system. Had to get it towed to dealership and fixed. Called mid atlantic so far unwilling to do anything and saying I didn't it bring to them look at, well I was out of town in north carolina soo couldn't tow it that far 1st of all. He's saying so that they don't actually know what was wrong I have all the paper work from dealerships had the codes and all put in notes so they could see and can even call and confirm with the dealership. Save yourself the headache and hundreds of dollars and use a company that knows about electronic parking brakes.

Always great service, never trying to “take you”, and excellent work always!
For the recent post of the guy who said that he called and got a quote for an alignment at $290, that’s WAY INACCURATE. It is in fact $110……
Everyone there does their job to the utmost! Mike, Tim, Oscar, Amy, and Clyde.

I did not have my vehicle worked on at this place. The reason I'm leaving a review is because of pricing. I called quite a few shops looking for a front end alignment quote. Most places were around $120-$140... Not this shop... price I was told is $290 which is insane.

Assistant manager Mr. Clyde McGee was very knowledgeable , responsive ,and fought for me when I had warranty concerns on my vehicle he was very honest and his work ethic is impeccable I highly recommend this shop . He deserves a promotion and a raise !!!!

My truck has been vibrating at high speeds. Visited them 3 separate time and spent $4500 on it at this location. Horrible mechanics.

There seems to be a secret code to be accepted as an eligible customer here. I thought hours open meant available for services, but after repeated attempts for a routine service we were met with so many exacting requirements we’ll never bother again.
(We only do that service on certain days. You have to show up by a certain time. etc.)
