She informed me that I could buy my jeans on line if my size wasn't in the store and described the process of ordering, my reward points and the amazing benefits of having the rewards and a AE credit card. “Stopped by to grab 2 new pair of shoes.Fern and Samantha were awesome.Got home, changed, and went to pick up my 3yr old from daycare. As I'm picking him up, we noticed one shoe had a small blemish.I didn't have the box, I was literally wearing the shoes, and we live 30 min away so I stopped by the store just to see what we could do. Totally figured I would have to come back with the box but I rolled the dice anyway.They waved as I walked back in, as we had a great chat earlier, and I showed them the issue. None of us noticed until after the original sale. Best exchange I've ever experienced. We all got a good laugh out of it, they swapped them out and fixed the issue on the spot. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I came in with a vague idea of what I needed, and Kayden somehow helped me find everything — sizes, styles, and even a few pieces I didn’t know I needed until he recommended them.
He was super efficient without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer service and knows the brand inside and out. “Almost every Aerie I've been to has had friendly employees but one associate here was beyond amazing in helping me get "long" 7/8 leggings as they are not yet available in that length in store. Also she encouraged a purchase that I had no idea what size to get (most of my clothes are aerie but this was out the box for me) and it was perfect. “The general manager was awesome and went over and beyond to greet her customers. I go into a store and are generally ignored upon greeting and speaking with me. She was able to help me make some clothing choices. I was shopping with my mom in a wheelchair and the general manager did the same thing with my mom. She was able to help my mom find what she was looking for. The rest of her team was very friendly, assisting with the checkout process.
To the powers that be in old navy, you need to copy what the general manager and her staff have done here to use in your other stores.”
