“I miss that the Giant moved across the street, but to this place's credit, it didn't stay vacant for long. And also to their credit, they are already revamping the exterior like they did to the rest of the mall. Great food joints like Otani, Frank & Luke's, and now Taichi have suites here, so it keeps it very interesting for dining options. Oh, and lest we forget, a Philly Pretzel Factory! It's a great location, pretty easy to get in and out of, and the shops are useful and updated.”
“I brought my bridesmaid dress for alterations two weeks before a wedding and they turned it around so quickly and perfectly. I also dropped off some other dresses to be steamed for the wedding weekend and it was also done quickly. The owners are so lovely and I always leave with a smile on my face. I highly recommend. “God bless these people!! I went here for the first time this week to get my suit jackets dry cleaned before a work trip. I misunderstood what they said about the pickup time, and I only realized my mistake 1 minute before they closed on Sat (and I will be leaving before they open next on Mon). The woman working there offered to keep the store open an extra 15min so I could come pick my jackets up. I would have been completely screwed if she hadn't done that. I'm so appreciative.”
“Our washer broke so in the interim of waiting for the new unit to be delivered, we needed to find a clean, reliable and safe location to wash clothes. King was our choice. For starters, the place is very clean which is a necessary plus. Not only were there several options for load sizes, but the rates were reasonable. I loved the fact that the machines have a tap pay option. You can still pay with coins if you'd like, but I prefer contactless. Only downside, some of the machines were coin only or tap only at the time. I suppose they needed servicing. Added plus ... there was an attendant on-site that assisted with swiping the machine when I had issues. They were very helpful.”

“I brought a pair if kaki pants in that needed to be taken in from the thighs since I bought them in a curvy style accidentally. They also needed some taking in the waist. Reasonably priced tailoring and they look amazing while still leaving room for me to sit and stand comfortably! Thank you!”
“I found King’s after a lot of searching for an affordable alteration for a bridesmaid dress (just needed it hemmed). It was $55 for a hem and done in 10 days. The hem looks beautiful and was much more affordable than other places! Highly recommend King’s Cleaners!”

“Stay Away from, Patrick B******, *****, Clothes CallWe had water and sewage damage and unknown to us **** Insurance, Agent **** ******** hired this thief knowing that Patrick B****** also an **** commercial policy holder and his coverage had expired. He stole all of our shoes, clothes etc evening dresses were never worn still with store tags attached to them. Patrick B****** forged my husband and my initials indicating we were satisfied with their work and **** was aware and paid him over $10,229.62. Patrick is a thief such that the check was made payable to one of his many businesses, ** ******** *************, located in Ill. ***** ******* ***********. We hired an attorney and they requested that Patrick B****** provide them his insurance information and luckily enough on our behalf he willingly filed a claim and a claim number was provided to us. At the time we called ******** Insurance with the claim number he had provided to our attorneys we were told that an adjuster would be getting back to us within two business days. The adjuster called and indicated that they were investigating the claim and his response was not encourging so we conducted our own investigation and learned that Patrick allegedly had a fire and submitted our personal property inventory list to receive over $700,000.00 from ******** Insurance. When we discovered that he had been paid for our damages that he reported we were told that "the insured, decided not to file a claim and the insurance company cannot tell their insured who to pay."I am filing this complaint to help others and with this information I'm hoping that you'll take the next step to hold, ***** and Patrick B***** accountable. ***** was acquired by ***** ******* and is authorized to transport personal household possessions. “Been going here off and on since 2010, and pretty consistently since our washer at home broke last summer . Gets packed on weekends, but overall great place. Love that the big washers can handle all my family’s laundry in one go most weeks. I think some of the smaller machines need to be replaced because they’ve been down for months, but most of the bigger ones work fine. 30-40 minutes to wash, 40 ish to dry, and I get a couple hours to read a book or listen to a podcast.”
“I had a very positive experience with Crofton Depot. I needed my daughter's dress for the 8th grade dance altered ASAP and they were able to have it finished in less than 24hrs. The Tailor did an excellent job and even fixed a mistake that a family made when they attempted to alter the dress. Both me and my daughter were very happy with the results! “We took a wool rug in to be cleaned because of a pet stain. The rug was 9x12. It took a little longer than expected, because the person who cleans rugs for them had trouble with the stain. But the rug was spotless when we picked it up, had no chemical smell, and the cost was a little over $200, an excellent price for good work. They have free delivery as well. We will take our other rugs to them in the future. Very courteous, very friendly business.”
“Great cleaning service, best in town always provides the most professional work in Hanover. Not many people know but Lisa is also a talented seamstress and can even make clothing I've had her make multiple wedding dresses for friends of mine as well as last minute alterations. Her prices maybe a bit higher then others in the neighborhood but you get what you pay for with this definitely, high quality organic cleaning with all the bells and whistles. My dress shirts always come back looking brand new with a collar guard and neatly folded arm sleeves. I appreciate this because other stores are not consistent with this or don't do it at all! Makes a world of difference to me. Take my word when i say her skills with cleaning and clothing is limitless. I still travel there to get one of a kind service and to keep in touch which is worth the travel for me from VA. This should speak volumes of what kind of person she is. Theres never been a time as well within reason if i had an issue with the quality of my clothing that she didn't take care of me either! Which i know she does as well for all other respectful and reasonable customers. Great place!!!”
