We just moved to the area from out of state and Dr Carrie was great with our senior dog. I appreciate how straight forward she is and how she gave options for our dogs tumor in her paw. The staff was really friendly and the kids play area in the waiting room was a nice touch for my 4yr old.

Family Vet and Dr. Varner are the best. Care expands from the vet staff to not only the pet, but the pet owner, too. I wouldn't take my furry friend anywhere else.

Very friendly staff, ease of scheduling appointments, and excellent vets. I recently brought in my puppy to be seen by Family Veterinary Clinic. They did such a great job and I will be bringing my 6 year old here, as well.

We have used Family Veterinary Clinic for years through 3 generations of dogs. The Vets and staff at this clinic are wonderful—consistently professional, caring, and responsive to the needs of our pets and to us. They are indeed like family!

We've been taking our pets here for about 37 years. Even with changes over the years of Doctors and technicians, we know our pets get the very best care. They are very comfortable with the office.

This was my first visit to this veterinary clinic and I am very happy with the experience. Everyone, from check-in to check-out, was friendly, kind, animal-oriented, and always professional. The technicians definitely knew how to handle a less than enthusiastic cat, and asked appropriate questions that set the stage for the rest of the appointment (annual exam, vaccines, etc). Equally, if not more importantly, I am thrilled to have found my prior vet at this practice -- Dr. Jacquelin Koenig!! If any other former clients are looking for her, you can stop searching because she is here!

We brought our year old corgi in with what looked to be an eye infection and the vet and vet tech checked him for scratches and then got us on our way with eye drops. Cleared right up!

Not the same since Dr. Yates left. Today Dr. Begin denied a refill on my cat's revolution even though we have an appt in 2 weeks. They already knew I had to reschedule from 2 weeks ago due to covid yet have chosen to put my cats' health at risk today. Very uncaring mindset.

Ever since the beginning Dr. Varner and her staff have always been wonderful to all of our past animals Sooner, Scooby, Sarah and Paws now she takes care of Slim, Shady and Cali. That have come in gone over the past 20 plus years I have been taking them here. I would highly recommend Family Vet to anyone who is looking for a compassionate group of people to take excellent care of their animals.
