Very kind and personable employees. I went into just get my screen fixed and as an added bonus they cleaned out my charging port. Now my phone has a working screen and doest’t give me anymore issues when charging. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a speedy and simple phone fix.

Fast and quick, and didn't try to upsell me anything. I bought the parts I needed online prior to going so that may have contributed
to the speed. I believe they also provide a discount for service members.

They're just gonna give you a cheap screen and charge you like 10x the price. It's never worth choosing this place over just going to the apple store or fixing your phone through Samsung. My phone cracked from nothing, im assuming it cracked through vibrations or sound which indicates a really cheap screen. This screen came defected and doesn't even fit the phone properly. The screen has horrible quality in terms of color, feel and looks.The screen lags like crazy and the color seem so dull and sad. I would not recommend going here at all for you phone especially cause it took me almost over 24 hours to get my my phone fixed.

Verizon told me I needed a new phone ($800.00 at least)after I briefly got my phone wet. They told me that my battery couldn't be replaced (Motorola Z4). Took it to Cell Phone Doctor and Mr. Chris hooked me up. Repaired my phone and ordered a new battery. Everything working great after his work! And cost less than 1/4 of the Verizon quote. Very reasonable. I recommend Cell Phone Doctor highly. Mr. Chris very knowledgeable,and they also repair gaming systems, laptops, etc. Take THAT, Verizon!
