“My 2020 Mercedes Benz GLB had been sending me battery emails & messages on my dash for for a while. Stevens Battery Warehouse on Forest Dr. has been my go to battery store for years. Not sure of the proper terminology, but my car battery setup was different than anything they'd seen before. They asked me how much time I had because they didn't have the exact tool to do the swap & had to get one from a nearby autoparts store. There's a couple strip centers adjacent that kept me entertained for a bit. They were done in around 40 minutes, &that included driving to the store for the tool. Btw, when I've used them in the past, I'm usually out of there in 10 minutes. The price I paid for the main & a starter battery (which from what i saw on you tube, was another less than normal change out ) was well under half what I was quoted from the MB service center. The crew Eric, Matt & Drew were very pleasant, professional & gave me absolute confidence in their ability to get it done, and they did not disappoint! If you're thinking of getting a new battery, go here. Whichever dealership you normally use, your cost for a top rated battery will be much lower @ Steven's Battery Warehouse!”
