Horrible customer service from the teller office. I came to close my account and the relationship banker was upset because I didn’t call and decided to wait She did not want to help but will still give one star to Salif the only person who is professional here.

The worst bank I know in the United States is Bank of America... but today I am not going to rate the bank, but rather a person who works at that bank, Aygul Nurtdinova, who is definitely an excellent employee, educated , kind, cooperative, the times I had to go to this bank, she makes the difference. I have been a customer for 15 years, and I am bored with the lousy treatment that the bank has given me, but today I must say thank you, Aygul, the 5 stars are for you.

Horrible. The tellers are super nice but there is not enough of them. There are two personal bankers standing around and 10 customers waiting in line. That’s just bad customer service.

Christopher Phillips,the manager in charge of small businesses deserves recognition.I walked in the bank on for an online appointment I booked.He was right at the door to welcome me. I came in to get a cashiers check walked in the building at 1015 and seven minutes later the customer in front of me final got a teller to help him .so for seven minutes we waited. So teller service was extremely slow. The teller was rude.

Very unprofessional. Concerned about how they handled my account. Didn't introduce themselves, even the manager. The employees didn't seem to want to work on my paperwork. Very bad experience.

Terrible customer service at the teller window. I only go to this branch a few times a year due to my job, and the tellers are simply nasty. Heaven forbid you are burdened with actually doing your job. I’ll never let BoA handle my personal finances.

Always an issue at this particular branch. Staff is rude, I actually think they are the rudest people I have ever met. I avoid going INTO this location because it has always been just a disaster and I always walk feeling like how the heck do these people still have a job. The hours stink at this branch and thank God they finally upgraded the drive thru ATM. This place is almost useless cause of the staff
