“I chose edelens because of their amazing reviews .the front desk staff is amazing on calls. I had alot of work my kia soul needed. I forget her name I'm sorry but she answers the phones and she was so patient I had alot of questions and she explained to me what was what and pricing etc. The towing arrived earlier than expected and managed to get my car to start to move and tow he was very kind and communicated well. After my service and my car was fully repaired with many new services I had got my gear shift stuck. They immediately came to my location and got it right and running in seconds. I was just scared to force anything. I believe this is family owned which I love to support. But regardless I had two separate situations w my husband and father I mentioned while just during our call and she was so sweet to wish my family well wishes on top of her awesome customer service. I appreciated their opinion and pricing with all that my vehicle needed and I feel safe knowing I also have warranties with everything I got done. Thanks edelens I hope I never need u for major services again but if I do need anything I'll be back ?”
“Cheapest find, friendly guys, thorough service, and prompt diagnosis. Sometimes there's a loaner car in case your in a bind. These guys are great and won't take advantage of your lack of parts vs. $$ knowledge. Small honest shop, worth the patronage.”

“I recently went through my local junkyard (shifletts in Westminster) and they put me in touch with these lovely group of people. I received great customer service, wasn't given the run around or have them ask to speak to my husband (lol , youd be surprised how often i get this). They had the part in great condition, as they stated. After installation a problem showed up, that was hidden, and wasn't Henrys fault. They were able to continue the great customer service by immediately remedying the situation. After a replacement piece was delivered everything was great. I highly recommend using Henrys for your auto part needs. Shout out to Nick, the knowledgeable gentleman who assited me.”

“Though I had an appointment, it took a mechanic to touch my car after 1.25-1.5hr. I wish it would be little less. Though rest of the services were quick. I was out within 2 hrs. I was given a quote to get other services done. No pressure.”
“Had a flat tire on my Chevy Silverado. Sarah was so helpful and nice and told me bring the wheel and tire down to have a technician take alook. Turned out it was a bad valve stem leaking air. It was replaced in less than 30 minutes. Big time help! Such a convenience this place is located close to my house. I will be going back to get the other valve stems replaced and for other vehicle needs. Thanks again SARAH.
