Went to 7/11 for free small slurpees on 7/11 with three of my kids at 8pm. Get to the counter with slurpees in hand and get told by the guy at the checkout he ended the promotion and said there was a sign on the door I should’ve seen. I went out front and looked and saw a hand written note taped on the window that said no more free slurpees.
Don’t advertise something if it’s not going to be honored.

Great staff and good service. I stop by almost everyday and I have never had a problem. I can say they get there share of bad customers.

I came in 11/17/22 non busy at 810am to heat up my coffee that i had gotten from another 7-Eleven, associate (assuming morning mgr) was stocking by front door and another cleaning by the coffee. As i go to leave he calls out and tells me i need to pay, i explained to him that i walked in with the cup, he looks at me as if I'm lying and proceeds to tell me 4 times that i need to let him know when i come in with a cup...how about you look up from your work when someone comes towards you if nothing else but for you and your coworkers safety since you claimed not to see me...

Reporting a lack of total customer care service at this location on Tuesday, 4th of August, 2020. I stopped by to put air in my rear car tire and to my amazement, without prior notice or any sign that the machine was out of order, it turned out to be inoperable. And this, I noticed after paying in $1.50, to which I requested a refund from from store clerk. I was told that, it wasn't going to be possible to make a refund, hence, my complaint.

The customer care was lousy! Their air machine is out of service but not clearly marked. The machine still takes your money but doesn’t work and the clerks will not help. The number provided to send complaint is also out of service! Very disappointed in their lack of respect for their customers. Need to be investigated for fraud.

One of the evening staff at the Gambrills location was very demeaning and disrespectful to the customers as well as to his co-worker. This was observed numerous times on 6/26/19 at approximately 2100 hours.

So disappointing, store is constantly dirty. Even saw employee putting her hair in a bun near the pizza and wings.
