This past week you missed picking up my trash on schedule, yet you marked it as “picked up”. I sent you a “ you missed picking up my trash” and you acknowledged that, however, due to the weather, I was not serviced until this week. This was a first. Everyone understands no pickup in bad weather - but not marking it as “picked up” when it wasn’t.
