Very very very disappointed with this local shop. I wasted $40 to get an estimate for a new muffler. Estimate came back for approx $1100. I paid my $40 and drove to Free State auto in Frederick Md (30 miles away) WELL WORTH the drive, and got a new muffler for $280. Amazing how even a local auto shop is willing to RIP YOU OFF. I guess the $40 was well spent to NEVER go to this shop again !!

I cannot say enough great things about Winkler Automotive Center. Very honest with fair pricing. Incredible use of "contactless" technologies. Mary is fantastic! I don't give many reviews but this company's overall customer service stands miles above the rest!

Lovely people. They explain everything to you when you don't understand and go above and beyond. I was so confused and worried about my inspection after being scammed another place. They talked me through everything and were so pleasant. Can't recommend them enough.

Had an excellent experience using Winkler Automotive for the 1st time. From setting up the appointment, multi-point inspection and services performed the communication was clear, honest and fair pricing. Car is running solid and will keep using them for future needs.

Mary at Winkler Automotive is so personable and she called me by name when I entered the building. They really care about providing outstanding service and along with the routine oil change, a safety inspection was performed. I highly recommend taking your car to Winkler for whatever your needs are.

We have been going to Winkler's Automotive Service Center for many years. They have consistently provided excellent service and care for our vehicles. We drive our vehicles until they can no longer be driven and Winkler has taken care of our cars so that they have lasted longer than we could have expected. Thanks to the excellent staff at Winkler.
