The line of teller windows has been reduced, although the number of customers remains the same, so expect a 30-minute wait on a Saturday, now that the close at moon instead of 2 pm.

Terrible service! From my experiences this bank is not willing to cater and provide quality customer services to individuals outside of the Latino community. This is the bank closest to me which sucks they will take walk in clients before you and even if you have signed in and are unwilling to help. I am considering closing my account because I am disappointed in the services I have received. I tried to get a temporary bank card and was unable to the woman that greeted me was rude and didn't know how to communicate the basics.

Tellers and managers are very friendly and service is great. The facility is clean and up-to-date. Lines are sometimes very long, but overall a great branch.

I've had Wells Fargo for about 8 years now. I understand that every branch is different. This one in particular is terrible. I have yet to walk in and not find a chaotic environment. This place is falling apart. The tellers are slow and not the friendliest people. The bankers don't know how to stay calm when there are people waiting. The bankers insist that everything is "easy" and a "quick fix" but it never is. I have a lot to say but honestly, I will just save you the headache and say, go to another Wells Fargo. I will go 10 miles north just to have a more pleasant experience.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would! The service here is absolutely horrendous! My husband and I were there for 2 hours today just to open a joint checking account and deposit some checks. They wasted so much of our time asking nonsense questions and recommending that we create a budget so we can control our funds (yeah, great advice Wells Fargo). We were there for almost 2 hours waiting and meeting with the banker and when we left, there were over 15 people waiting to meet with someone (they also made us very late to the event we were going to). They need to be better organized, and provide much better service for their customers at this branch. Extremely, extremely disappointing.

A associate named Angel was very kind and knowledgeable about credit cards. He helped me and answered all my question. He even called me the next day to let me know if i was approved or not. I appreciate good customer service! Thank you!

I stopped in for change a very nice young lady was so quick to greet me! I turned n saw the long line for the tellers of which there were only 2 ( on a Friday at lunchtime!) the main reason why I went to the ATM.... She asked me if she could help me and I asked for change which she got almost immediately! She asked me if she could help me with any other needs i might have, I explained my mortgage was with WF and that I was looking for more convenient ways to make payments. With a SMILE she informed me of a lot of different benefits and free things I could have by just having my mortgage with them! I am very appreciative for the time TATIANA SMITH took just to give me some general information. It goes to show that exceptional customer service and pride in ones job still exists! It's hard to find some one who will take the time to make someone's visit a happy EXPERIENCE in customer service these days and Tatiana not only left a pleasant memory but a lasting impression
