I couldn't thank Jerrel enough for helping me yesterday! I lost my debit card and I'm leaving out the country on Monday. Although he had an appointment he was happy to squeeze me in and rush deliver my card so that it came in time. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Staff provide exceptional service, there is rarely a line, the facility is clean and up-to-date. I highly recommend this branch for any banking needs. No complaints.

So far I have been a customer at this bank for years. The customer service is rapid & friendly but no big incentive to stay, really. I do like it is conveniently located when I am running errands. The interest for a savings account are extremely low. I hope no one puts their savings in an account here. I am giving it 3 stars because they have not shown or give loyal customers anything extra. They don't stand out.

I do not expect much for customer services from a bank. However, this well fargo location seems to consistently provide outstanding customer services. It is now the only Well Fargo location I go to.

Nest wells Fargo staff I have worked with on awhile... I have always had great experience with wells Fargo but this location is focused on customer service
