Seon was super nice and helpful, I’ve never had a good experience at any postal service but she went above and beyond in her job. There was another lady working with her that seemed very helpful to the clients, didn’t get her name though.

I can truly say that I received the most excellent customer service from the entire staff here at this United States Post Office. An example of their kindness to me was done during tax season. I went there on the last date with my extension petition ... They posted a Postmaster at the entry who was collected the mail from the drivers/custmers...when I first drove in... He gave me instructions on where to park. Tons of cars in front of me. I had my letter ready but I couldn't give it to him because I needed stamps postage stamps on the letter.
There were more than one hundred people in front of me. It was 4 pm (EST). I wanted to use the kiosk but the postmaster said that I was late, he had just given out his last postmarked stamp for the day... and the machine did not take cash. I was devastated..."I asked him what time they were closing today?" "He said 7 pm.," I told him that I will go to Walgreen to load my debit card and I will be right back. You see you had to get your letter date stamped by April 15th, 2024 so you don't get a penalty from Uncle Sam the tax master IRS THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE.
I returned back and there were even more people trying to do the same thing ...now they were using the kiosk. There was no one using it when I first got there. This time that same Postmaster gave me a book of stamps for free. I still had to use the kiosk to get the official postmark. Man what a nightmare. I vow never to do this again. Mail by January 31st from moving forward. I finally got to use the kiosk at about 8:30 pm (EST).. I got it done. Met a lot of my neighbors and got a lot of new Intel from various conversations. Thanks Postmaster for all of your help.

Seon was very kind and patient with me despite having multiple packages with different labels. She went out of her way to cover up previous shipping labels. She is very enthusiastic and welcoming!

Try to make Amazon return. Have about zero help. I dont use postal servises, some into and guid from employer would be good for customer.

One star is too much for these ignorant employees. I don’t know why the government is paying these useless and irresponsible people.Some of them they don’t even have badges. I think one of the most arrogant women her name is Alexis.

A registered mail from Dubai, the UAE RR308239452AE reached the post office since April 19, 2023 but never delivered, the receiver address is only 20 minutes drive from the post office though.

This is the worst post office. The tracking number says it’s out for delivery at 2-4PM and the package come 2 days later. This is about the 5th time it’s happened. Get yourselves in check and do your job right. Worst ever
