Friends, this UPS store is one in a million. Lina and Renata are knowledgeable, patient, kind and efficient. I was cleaning out my parents' home and had gobs of items to ship out of state. Lina was professional and diplomatic even though I was leaving her with tons of items to pack and ship. Renata is her supervisor and I can tell you firsthand that UPS is lucky to have them on their team. Each is a reliable and trusted brand ambassador. I highly recommend you use their services -

Had a package redirected here for pickup. It was clearly empty and had been tampered with and my item taken out and retaped. Whether or not it was stolen here, this store simply placed the pickup label on top of the resealed tape so it looked normal and did nothing about it leaving me to deal with it when I got there.

I am on my second call to the UPS store on Quince Orchard Rd in Gaithersburg. First call on hold 20 minutes, 2nd call she said she had a long line and to hold for a second. I requested she take my phone number and call me back when she was free. Put me on hold and now 25 minutes later still waiting. Does ownership care about customer service? I think not! Ownership doesn’t realize how bad their store is managed. I think FedEx is a much better option. Or maybe packing and shipping a computer overnight to Florida isn’t worth the effort.

If you need to return Amazon package- JUST GO TO STAPLES, don’t even bother to come here!
I went to this UPS store to return an item using an Amazon return label. First, they charged $2.50 to print the label. Then, they insisted I needed the original Amazon packaging—who keeps that! In the end, I went to Staples, where they simply scanned the code from my phone, and that was it.

I recently used USP Store for my shipping needs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, wholesome, and extremely helpful. I frequently utilize UPS services across various states, from California to Virginia. Recently, I had to make an urgent delivery and chose this particular location because it was open on a Sunday. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff were unhelpful, and the technology was outdated. Additionally, customers are charged to use the computers, and mine logged me off twice despite my attempts to extend the session. If you have the option, I would recommend visiting a different location. My decision to use this facility was solely due to its Sunday hours—a significant error on my part!
