Very unprofessional! When it was time to renew our registration, the MVA said this dealer had this vehicle registered in another state. It has almost been a month and this place has not fixed this issue, meaning, we have not moved our car in about a month. Zero stars!

If i could give this place zero stars I would. As a customer, the last thing you want to feel is that you’re bothering someone.Horrible interpersonal skills, Conrad doesn’t follow up with customers. Called 5x this week and I was told to call back. Each time i called the conversation was rushed, didn’t engage much, nor was willing to give detailed information on the vehicle

Our experience is very bad with this dealer company. We found a Mercedes Benz on their web site , then I texted to them about the car and a salesman named Lorena told me the car is available and we set up appointment for next day 12:00 pm. We traveled 35 min to the dealership, and he didn't show up , the lady from office told us he is late and will come after 30 min, for second time lady came and say he is on the way and I don't know when he will arrive!! This is second time this has happened to me but with another small dealership. This small dealer trick and lure costumers to their locations. They promote unavailable and incorrectly marketed cars as a trap.This was very bad experience for me and I never will never go to them .

Horrible customer service. I went in and really liked this car so i told them ill buy it from them tomorrow. They agreed and when i show up the next day they said they already sold it to someone else. Even after i was promised the car they gave it away to someone else.
