Excellent service at this location in Gaithersburg! Dealt mainly with Santiago and Fernando, excellent reps of this establishment. I utilized TW Perry for a deck project, using them for roughly 90% of my materials and they were extremely professional. There were a few snags during the process, but both Santiago and Fernando made them right! It was a lot of materials that were ordered so small hiccups like missing parts (very small ones) and damaged items (most likely in transit) are to be expected. They credited me for the damages and even gave me the missing pieces, without giving me any grief. A++ I highly recommend this location, looking forward to my next project using them and will absolutely be referring people word of mouth style. Thank you Santiago and Fernando, you guys are awesome!

Avoid at all costs! Over a year into a simple job botched. Multiple errors, poor craftsmanship, indifferent customer service, ridiculously overpriced. In short, TW Perry does not deliver. We now understand -- it's a shop for fools.

I called and left a message about ordering some Simpson Strongtie hurricane ties and never got a call back, voicemail every time. Today I called and the voicemail was full, so I tried text. That was an utter disaster. first they wanted to verify that I meant special order 8/4 instead of the 6/4 I specified. I stated the manufacturer's location and was told TW did not have a location where the manufacturer was and if I needed the product there to call the parent company, who will not sell retail. What wasted hours to get no where would have taken 5 minutes on the phone. If I did not have my own job I could drive to them and discuss in person, but most civilized cultures are capable of using phones. Not TW. I thought Home Depot special orders were a trip, but you can at least call their supply chain headquarters in Atlanta and they can take care of most items for any brand they sell in about 10 minutes, this was way worse. To the point I would not hire a contractor that uses this company, because doubtful they could finish a job on time or to spec if they had these issues.

They are horrible. If zero stars were possible, they have earn it. Customer service is nonexistent. No one ever answers the phone, ever. When they do, staff is uneducated.

Hi TwPerry Management,My name is siva and i ordered couple of time decking, framing and drywall material. Today on Feb 1st 2023, i have ordered drywall material , some lumber material for which i have paid $2,450. The drywall material cost per sheet at your store is $18.65 (after 20% contractor discount) where as the same material with exact sizes and same company made at home depot and lowes is $12.35. Over all i would have saved $475 if i would have went through Home Depot or Lowes versus Tw Perry. I was blindly ordering the material through your warehouse and the sales rep is Kevin. I dont recommend you guys to any one as this is way higher prices than regular stores. I called Kevin and the answer i got back is "Home Depot buy in large quantities and you guys dont do any price match". I spent 24K with you guys in last 4 months.

A bad place for delivery. Forklift driver are very unwelcoming;they act as though they don't like what they're doing. No respect for truck driver.
