I do not recommend Jermaine Tuning to tune your Subaru. Somewhat poor communication and what I'm guessing is a copy-paste dyno tune with some tweaks to make sure it's dialed in.Last year, I got with Jermaine for tuning my 2012 WRX. Started with a base map, which was $200, and I worked through some small issues leading up to getting the dyno tune. During this time, Jermaine was very helpful and responsive even though I was freaking out. Finally, I got all the problems figured out, including a vacuum hose I forgot to attach the day of dyno tune. The dyno tune in January went well, or so I thought the car ran pretty well and made decent power. After I paid the $600 for the dyno tuning, everything went down from there. Jermaine was less responsive when I emailed about the car not running quite right he asked for some data logs and offered some help saying I have a vacuum leak somewhere which I went over everything replaced some vacuum lines and added some clamps and zip ties to lines along with tightening all intake manifold bolts. The car still ran poorly, so I sent more data logs with minimal response. Finally, I decided this wasn't going to solve my car running poorly and went with another tuner who sent me a new base map. As soon as I loaded the new map, that's when I found my issue I've been having.

If you’re looking for the best, I highly recommend going to Jermaine Riddick at TurboXS. With over 20 years of experience in the Subaru performance world you won’t find a more qualified person or staff. My 2013 STI is a night and day difference. Jermaine is one of the most personable professionals you’ll ever meet. Throughout the process he answered all my questions and was always available. The car was perfectly tuned for my modifications and purpose. I will not take my Subaru anywhere else and you will not be disappointed.

Some older reviews stand true. Getting a hold of someone is terrible. Called and emailed multiple times. Products are good Customer service is poor. Still haven’t got a response.
