I bought a RAV4 from Tricars in October. It was a great experience. AJ was great. He was very knowledgeable and even got me a lower interest rate than my bank offered. I went on a 16 hour road trip in the car after buying it. I drove well but once I got to my destination I found that an oxygen sensor needed to be replaced. AJ got me hooked up with the local Toyota mechanic and the dealership paid all the expenses. I’m very happy with my car and my experience with Tricars!

I had a very lovely experience recently purchasing my first car here. AJ was super helpful with my new Honda Civic and and the process was a breeze. The car was delivered by Carmen right in time and carmen was super thorough with all paperwork upon drop off. definitely would recommend tricars!

Best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We had done our research, knew what we wanted and the price we needed to hit. Matt was awesome to work with. Will buy from him again in the future. No doubt. You should too.We had just experienced the typical in person dealer dance between sales person and sales manager at several dealers and I was over it. That process is a ridiculous waste of time.We were crazy nervous about buying a car sight unseen and not test driven. We live in NC and Tricars is in MD. However, after going over the car via FaceTime and being pleased with the level of detail and care that Matt shared/showed, we gave it a shot. The entire discussion/process when all was said and done, took about an hour, over 2 days, from the comfort of my sofa. I’ve never been more pleased with a process and level of service on a vehicle purchase.Heck I was that person who didn’t fully believe all the great reviews I read, because anyone can write a fake review... but something made us step off the cliff. I’m very very glad we did.I have recommended specifically Matt at Tricars, to everyone whose asked about my son’s car. We will definitely buy from him again, without question!

Great price, fast service, great communication, however 5 months later and I’ve had to replace the transmission. Thank God for the warranty with Lexus! I pointed out the streaks on the car and as promised they would be gone. NOT!! every time my car is washed the streaks from improper waxing reappear. OVER THE ENTIRE CAR!!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I bought the car online and had the car delivered 300 miles away. AJ walked me around the car showing me all the imperfections via FaceTime.
