“The Lube Center was recommended to me by a friend. I went today for an oil change. Jay was my technician. He was very kind and informative. He told me what to expect this time and what services are included in-between oil changes. I didn't feel like I was being up-charged and there was no pressure.
Izzy got my checked in and she was very accommodating to my knee injury and crutches. I never had to get out of my car and she was kind enough to pop my hood for me.

“I came to Master Tech because my car had some electrical issues that I had been avoiding getting fixed for over a year. My main concern was that the place I took it to would overcharge me and not do a quality job worth the price. I can tell you that was not a problem at Master Tech. They diagnosed my car thoroughly but swiftly and were able to find the problem within an hour. Luis gave me a clear description on what needed to be fixed and he gave me options on how to proceed. Never did I feel pressured or like I was being taken advantage of or anything like that. They were able to take care of the problem for me in no time! I greatly appreciate their expertise and attention given to the issues my car had. Not only that, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it! If you need any type of vehicle maintenance but specifically electrical work, look no further. I will be coming back if need be and recommending them to everyone! Luis in particular was very helpful and answered all questions I had patiently. All in all, everyone was kind.”

They told me the problem in my car was fuel pump, and that the warranty should cover that, instead of just replacing it and charging me a fortune. They did the diagnostic and didn't change anything. “I took my car to get MD inspected over here. I had a great experience taking my car here because even though my inspection failed, the manager explained to me why it failed because of the tint. The tint specification allowed in MD is 29% and mine was 30%. They charge me $50 to remove the tints and passed me for the inspection the same day. This was so convenient and the staff was so helpful! I just moved here and I am going to continue coming back to this station for my other needs!”
“Very pleased!! I woke up to a flat tire on a Saturday, had much to do with two kids. I had a donut in the trunk so I called AAA to put the donut on, then ran a couple time sensitive errands only to google tire shops that were all closed!! Either closed for the weekend or already closed for the day. It was only 1pm, so I found JC Used Tires and thought a used tire would be okay because it's cheaper, I hadn't budgeted to buy a new tire that day anyway. It was hot, I was stressed and the kids were hungry and grumpy. We pulled up and Jamie came out, saw the donut, looked at the other tires, said to give him a moment, came back and lifted the car (he told us to stay inside since it was hot, which felt like a huge blessing), changed the tire and we were done in less than 10 minutes, it felt more like 5!He was so kind, so quick and the whole ordeal was a pleasure (much to my surprise). The cost was VERY reasonable. The tire looks great! The car drives great! I am go very grateful and I will definitely return and give a great review! Definitely give him your business!!”
