I am African American, I came into this shop looking to get a little length to my nails. I was greeted by a woman, I said what I wanted, they started looking at each other, there was a woman that was going to start, she said something in her language, then I am transferred to a man. It was the Worst experience I ever had, at a nail salon. He was ruff, he rushed, I had to point out things he left unattained to. It was so bad that I left in tears. I even came back to show him, and tell him, NO WOMEN should ever leave a nail salon with huffs. I was charged $72.00. Gel tips. I had to tell him to soak my nails before he began. He had started shaving the nail, about to put the nails on, and I stopped him, and asked? Really….NEVER AGAIN… Good Luck ?

My girl made my cuticles bleed! I don't know who it was I told her but she just said yeah yeah I know! I said I had to wash my hands and soap and water and stop the Bleeding . It is a big deal because I have diabetes and my doctor hates the salons. He told me too much bacteria for open skin for a diabetic. I believe him because my brother had to get his toe cut off from not taking care of a minor cut. I won't go back again.

Awesome and wonderful, my toenails shapes was changed to curve,my physician and surgical doctor said that I must took them off and I need a surgery, my husband helped me to find this salon and said maybe pedicure could help me ,and it was amazing, after one toes back to normal and the other one too she saved my nails, cured them, make a nice shape ,and I didn’t need surgery, she was doing like a therapy in a very kind ,nice , clean place ,with excellent service and perfect greeting to all customers but the things that was very important ,is they save my toenails and made them beautiful and healthy,.Tank you very much for your awesome and excellent jobService: Pedicures

Tip-Toe Nail salon is exceptional for so many reasons. I had been following these women, Jessica and Katrina from one salon to another because of their ability to give fabulous manicures and pedicures. Now that they have their own salon there is even more aspects that set them apart from the competition. I am very attentive to cleanliness and so are they. Every client has sterilized equipment and the pedicure "tubs" have disposable liners. It is a calm and welcoming environment. It is rare these days to find a quiet and relaxing environment for a nail salon. I resisted the online scheduling (and they did not object ) but once I adapted I realized how convenient it was for ME. They are competent, organized and professional. Of course to top it off... these are two women who are a pleasure to be with. I am proud to be consider one of their clients.

I REALLY wanted to like this place after seeing reviews but my experience was not the greatest. It first started with me coming in a few minutes early and I was greeted. But, I was not told that my appointment would be running late or to start picking out my nail color. My appointment started about 10 minutes late. When I was seated it was so rushed. She raced through my gel manicure which left specks of paint on my fingers. She also rushed through my pedicure. She had nail polish ALL OVER my toes, not taking the time or care, and then would use her nail polish remover brush to wipe up her mess. As she was finishing up, another customer came in who she called by name, so that must be why she was rushing... When my pedicure was done, I paid and left. When I got to my car and looked at my toes the nail polish remover that she had used had dropped down and has stained my outer toes! As I examined my gel manicure you can see blotch spots on my nails and an uneven tone. Overall I am so disappointed with my experience. I had treated myself after not going to a salon in over a year, and used the gift card gifted to me for teacher appreciation week. Again, I really wish this could have been a good experience but I am highly disappointed.

Amazing nail salon with great service and fair prices! this salon is a great and very clean 2-woman operation that feels more intimate and not rushed. They are very attentive to detail and uphold sanitary code very well. Katrina is extremely friendly and she did an amazing job with my gel manicure. They take Venmo, which is really helpful and makes the payment process much easier. I will definitely come back for more. Just a note, there are no signs outside indicating where the salon actually is. Just go into the big red door and go upstairs, and you should find the salon!
