My dog has been getting groomed here for a few years. They do a good job and have a nice outdoor space for the dogs to run around. We tried boarding there once, but liked other places better for that.

Another fantastic cut by Jessica! In the 11 years using Roy and his team, we’ve never had a bad experience, whether getting a ‘puppy’ or traditional cut. The other smaller dogs in my neighborhood go to a different groomer nearby, but all seem to get the exact same haircut no matter their breed or other features. Roy & Jessica are truly masters of their craft and ensure our pup has the best cut in town.

This is my second time coming here. The first time I came was for bath and cut for Harley. I was pretty satisfied with the service. Today I brought my other dog, Ivy and there was a lot of confusion and miscommunication. When I called in to make the appointment they just told me that they had a 1:30pm available and that was it. I was not informed of anything else. When I got to the Groomery they took Ivy and I asked them how much would it be, they told me $88.00. That is pretty expensive for a hair cut and a bath. I left, an hour later they called me to tell me Harley was ready. Surprised, I called back and said it’s not Harley, it’s Ivy. I went to pick up Ivy, they completely got confused what dog was ready, they named about 2 different dogs. I ended up getting Ivy back and was told I had an extra charge of $10 which is called a “straight thru” service. I asked them what was this service for. They told me I requested an express. I never requested express service. A young guy came out and started interrogating me and questioning me with a bit of an attitude asking me why I came in 4 mins late and why I got Ivy so early. I said I got here 4 mins late because of traffic and he just simply said well that’s express service. I told him I never requested express and I came back to get my dog because the Groomery had called me to come and get her. I got frustrated paid my bill and left. I do not think I will ever return to them due to the attitude I received and the extra fee I was charged even after I asked them to remove it. If you are planing on using them just make sure you do not get charged extra, they simply do not care. The annoying part is that my receipt still says Harley on it.

All I can say is I dropped my dog off in the morning and he was done in a few hours. So quickly. I'm very happy with his grooming. Thanks Groomery!!!

Excellent grooming for Yorkie, she looks adorable! Bath and nails and ears for the black lab who was sporting a yellow bandana and looked and smelled amazing!

Great service! Always professional and empathetic. The Groomery did a great job with my two Chorquies and they are difficult to bath and groom.

My little girl, Charlie, a Siberian kitty has been going to The groomery for her salon visit for easily 5+ years probably closer to eight, and they are a godsend! It breaks my heart that Roy is retiring...but well deserved! But The groomery is by far the BEST IN SERVICE... BEST IN COST... BEST IN EVERYTHING!! Finding a new mobile salon for Charlie is a lot harder than it would seem there's one that charges $135 to groom a cat that's obscene! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE GROOMERY

The groomer was so sweet to my dog! The trim looked perfect and the bandana was a nice touch :) definitely will come back since my dog seemed to enjoy it there !

Service: the lady at the front desk was very professional and courteous. Prior to my appointment she informed me of their service options and the price I was told was consistent (I’ve gone to other groomers who have “hidden” fees). Also, they were the only groomer who had an availability during very busy holiday season so I greatly appreciated how quickly they were able to squeeze my bundle of joy in. The services were a quick bath and trim and nail cutting. Once I arrived to pick up my dog, he looked quite comfortable and not nervous.Grooming: Quentin was the groomer who took care of my shichon and he did a fantastic job.Thank you for exceptional service and I will definitely return!Happy holidays and thank you for your amazing service

They lost my dogs collar , the lady on the phone said the groomer gave it to another customers dog by accident . The manager said he cant do anything and no one called to update us about the situation either (its been over a week). Neither of these three people opted to do their job correctly. Its a shame because this is the only place my dog enjoyed getting groomed at , which lead me to think they must care a lot about their customer service , but if they don’t care about their customer service than you can only imagine how much they care about your dog. They really just want you to pay full price and leave.

The groomer maybe Cristina? did a nice job but our 12 y/o rescue PWD came out trembling and frantic so not good for her. Trying groomer coming to us.
