I got my hair cut about a month ago by Bobbie. I loved it immediately and I still do! I have received so many compliments on my hair. Bobbie was able to get me in VERY fast and do my first hair cut in several years (and my first curly cut ever). She understood exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions about taking care of my hair. I'd highly recommend this place.

I can’t say enough good things about The Color Zone and Bobbie! The atmosphere is inviting, and Bobbie supports her clients to help them address hair concerns and create a style that works for them. The products she uses from the color to shampoos and other hair care items are amazing. My color NEVER fades!!! And my cuts grow in nicely. Her work with curly hair is outstanding. I can’t believe this is my hair! In the fall of 2021, I came to Bobbie looking for a path to going gray. Up until that point, I hadn’t found someone who could help me accomplish this. Bobbie took on the task! She walked me through realistic expectations of the process…it takes time to do it right and keep the hair healthy. But from the first appointment, Bobbie got my hair set up for success! As the gray grew in, it was far less noticeable and with each appointment, Bobbie’s skills brought my hair closer and closer to my ultimate goal. Along the way she cut and styled my curls beautifully and adjusted her technique as needed. She evaluates and then does whatever makes sense for the client at that time (did I mention how talented she is?). Today she suggested balayage instead of foils and that really brought it all together. Mission accomplished and I couldn’t be happier. I love love love the final result and am so grateful for it being an enjoyable process along the way (including bangs which I never thought I’d have as a curly girl!). Thank you Bobbie! Wow! I thought after menopause, I had to say goodbye to my curls. After Bobbie touched my hair with her gifted hands, my curls are back! I had such a wonderful experience at the Color Zone Salon! I am very grateful to Bobbie for taking time to show me how to continue to bring my curly hair back. Thank you so much for your expertise!??

I LOVED my experience with Bobble at The Color Zone. Her expertise in color and blending gray while creating much-needed dimension is fantastic. The cut is gorgeous too, and I cannot recommend her enough!

OH MY GOSH she did amazing i didnt even know how to properly say what i wanted and so she asked me questions based off my curl likes and dislikes and she totally understood what i wanted after that, she helped me explain what it is called that i wanted, and she even added her own personal suggestions based off what i wanted to better make it fit me personally and it turned out great!!! Started coming to The Color Zone about 3 years ago. I look forward to getting my hair done here, it’s a first class experience every single time! They take such fantastic care of my hair. Came to The Color Zone only getting straight cuts and never a professional coloring before and they knew exactly what to do, and my hair has never looked better!! I alway get so many compliments!! Bobbie is absolutely amazing with curly hair! I never learned how to take care of or style my curls growing up, and she is so kind and patient with me showing me what to do and answering all my questions. My hair has never been cuter or healthier and I'll continue going to her for cuts forever!

Bobbie is an artist. There's really not much else to say. She's amazing and is extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. I let my hair grow out during COVID and 2 years later, I can honestly say that I will not let anyone else cut or care for my hair. Please ask her about her products too; she just created/collaborated on a new line of products. Excellent, very profssional, personalized, caring service. Bobbie is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She works magic with hair, and it is clear that she is constantly engaged in continuing education to stay informed and current with new and better techniques and products. I dread the day that Bobbie retires because I'll have to shave my head and wear a wig... I can't fathom any stylist being better than she is.

I came here for the post-wedding chop, and to add a little bit of color. My salon went out of business and with a little research I found The Color Zone. Bobbie performed a curly cut I have never had before, and it turned out great! It was the perfect shape the first time. Usually I have to ask the stylist to go back and chop things, but she knows curly hair so well, it was right the first time! Then it came to the color, She made the color look so natural, and was confident in what she was doing, so I was happy for that! I dont color my hair often, so I'm glad she knew what she was doing. I was extremely happy with the service. Then I got the bill - I guess I haven't gotten my hair done in a long time, but it was very expensive. I suppose I should have expected that, because it was so professional. I got what I paid for! First class service for a first class price. Now I know that I will get a cut and color separately next time. The price isn't going to keep me away though, I will just be smarter about how and when I go. I LOVE my hair cut and color. I have been going to Bobbi for many years and she is amazing. She listens to what I want and asks questions to ensure that I am pleased with the outcome. She has done a great job of working with my incoming gray while keeping my look natural and easy to maintain. I am always pleased with the results.
