Definitely the best place I’ve been to in terms of drive up. Esmeralda, was the kindest and sweetest soul I’ve ever encountered. She helped me with my order pick up!

Here at 7pm on a Tuesday night and not one manned register is open. So now there’s a long line for self check out, half the people have large carts, several people are struggling to scan and no one comes to man an actual cashier register. Also you’re likely not to have any phone service in the store.

Worst experience in the tech department. I went with my sister -we are both college students and would not receive help from the employees. We simply needed them to get an item from a shelf that was locked which would take ONE minute to do. We waited for 30 minutes and had no help from any employee. There was a lady at the desk answering phone calls and one man who claimed he would be right back but never returned. I normally don’t post anything like this but it was super frustrating since I didn’t want to be a nuisance. All I needed was access to the product but I felt like they didn’t care or think I would actually buy it since I am young. Anyways slay this moco area is so rude and I miss living in an area where employees are actually nice ?

It took me a minute to remember this Target when I finally got to this review until I looked at the map, and it all came back to me. Since I first marked this one I have visited a few times out of sheer necessity and it was close by. Upon looking at the map, I remember the parking garage the most. What I remember about the parking garage is to not park on the second floor, it is the only floor that doesn't have a direct connection into the store. With it being a two-story Target you would think it would be nice in here, but what you find, at least to me, is confusing. I don't know how many times I had to go up or down before I just decided to aimlessly walk around the store. However, if you become smart to this, pull up the Target app and type in what you are looking for and it will guide you right to it. That happened to me here. I had aimlessly walked about the store looking for an item in departments I thought it should have been and could not find it, I was about to give up and pulled out the app. Interestingly enough the app took me to the shoe department for this item and it did not lie. Took me right to the item. The store has a cart escalator and elevator for your shopping needs. Trust me on this, use the escalators, they are much quicker to use. Selection appears to be good, the few times I have been here, I was able to find what I was looking for and more. However, what seems to be the major downfall here is the checkout area. No matter which floor you are on the lines are always backed up. And with the shortfall of registers being opened a majority of customers funnel into the self checkout line. Each time that I have been here, at least one of the self checkout lines is out of order, opened, with its guts pulled out. This always leads to a very slow exit of this place.

Can I give 10 stars? Love the target pickup. I think I'm there 3 times a week. It's fast, convenient, and the pickup staff have it down to a science. My only complaint is the parking garage, which I realize has nothing to do with target, it's just the worst garage.

In several places Target has cut down front checkout. At times there are NO cashiers only self-checkout. This is discrimination. Chair bound, or people with physical impairments ( like this older lady with no strength) may find it VERY difficult to use self checkout At one store there www 21 people in line for self checkout. At times there is ONE person serving checkout.I have found this type of problem at various Targets from Maryland to southwest PA. It is not a local thing.I now avoid this store for ANYTHING.

Was racially profiled at this Target by the store manager Maria(e). Completely disgusting behavior when I’m literally the friend everyone laughs at for shopping at Target 3/4xs a week. Will never return, and would warn all black women to stay away. She thinks we all look alike. Smh

I used the feature ordering online for pickup in the store the next day. It worked perfectly. I found quality merchandise, priced less than I anticipated to spend. I had a very short window of time to pick up the items needed for a guest coming to stay. I will definitely do this again. Thank you Target!

Shelves 2/3rds empty. Couldn't find simple items like hammer and screw driver in stock. Stock clerks piling boxes and leaving carts blocking aisles. Not a single cashier on the second floor - just self checkout. Garbage left on the self checkout kiosk. Management needs to be changed. This store is an unpleasant mess. This is a store begging to go out of business just out of simple mismanagement. Gaithersburg deserves better than this.

I've gone to this Target for years, but recently I've been disappointed with some things I believe are noteworthy. As I went to check out, I noticed there was only ONE open register (which is already an issue alone because rarely do I see most registers even open) and the line was extremely long at self-checkout. I went into this register line and the cashier became increasingly frustrated as more costumers entered his line. I understand that having this job isn't always easy...but as a cashier and staff member it is the bare minimum to treat your customers with kindness and put your personal issues aside until after you leave.

This place has everything for sale, including food, daily necessities, clothing, and furniture. Whatever you want, they probably sell it here. I bought a weighing scale during my visit. The prices of the products range from cheap to expensive, providing a wide variety of choices.
