Hairstylist Tonya is absolutely amazing. She gives you exactly what you ask for plus more. She takes her time and the best part is she gives you a nice head massage when washing your hair. I’m always extremely happy when get my hair cut and style.

Awful experience recently. Not sure if management has changed but seemed like complete chaos when I walked in for a service. Receptionist was a bit clueless. Will not be returning. When I visit for salon devices I like a quick an smooth experience.

This rating is only for the receptionist! Otherwise - GOOD SERVICES, everything is fine. BUT the receptionist is unprofessional and should learn what the good customer service is. I mean, how hard is it to say Hello, how are you, how may I help you? I hope they'll do something about it, it's a good salon overall.

Ryan Asher is awesome with coloring and styling ethnic hair. My grandmother is a beautician and she taught me to look at the stylist's hair before trusting them with my own hair. Ryan's hair is beautiful,long,and healthy. Plus she will treat your hair the way she treats her own hair. One hairstylist there with short blond is so negative and racist . I just ignore her when I go in .Ryan works at symmetry salon in Gaithersburg now

Review for BROW WOW THREADING ONLY. Absolute WORST threading /waxing I've ever recieved. It was so god damn painful. The woman who saw me (younger of the two) asked what I wanted, I responded and she started to work on my brows. From the second she put the thread on my skin it was painful and I felt like my eyebrows were being ripped off and bleeding. Later I saw that I did have a scar and bruise above my eyes. It felt like she was bitter and purposely putting all her anger into ripping my eyebrow hair out. That's how bad the pain was. Disclaimer here, I am from a similar area of the world where I also get my eyebrows threaded and NO, I am not some sissy person who is new to threading. My mother was a professional threader and I've had my eyebrows touched by BOTH novices and experts and I NEVER had any pain like this. I am very thick skinned and my pain tolerance is high but this threading stop in the salon run by these two Indian women....go somewhere else. I don't want to s*** on the other salons in here and I will probably go here to try another salon but the threading...NO. Just full stop. She was rude too. I don't usually give a damn about that if you service me well. But the pain was too much to come back. And the result was mediocre. Not worth it for me to drive an hour for it.

Erika’s salon is horrible. I booked an appointment for 2pm and she did not even acknowledge that I was there. I waited till 3:30 to get my hair washed and blow dried and she did not even end up doing my own hair it was one of the other workers in the salon. If you are looking for someone who is actually professional and organized I would recommend finding a different hair dresser.

I went in for an eye brow threading service with BROW WOW STUDIO, and they such a wonderful job.BUT the receptionist at front desk of Symmetry Salon studio was unpleasant to work with, I called in multiple times and she didn’t pick up so I walked in to make appointment, she closed the door on me saying I have to call or make appointment online with a very unpleasant attitude and she continued her attitude even after I made my appointment and came in for service, I pitched my experience to the owner of BROW WOW STUDIO, and she was understanding and agreed she was aware of the receptionist unprofessional attitude.

They really had their act together with hand sanitizer, wearing masks, social distancing. I felt very comfortable in that environment getting my hair cut.
