I don't really write reviews, but the people from Scott Simpson's Towing are very nice, polite, and kind. Very helpful! I would have never thought of writing a good review for a towing company, but I'm mind browned by their wonderful customer service. Thank you so much!

This is the worst place to get service. I picked up my car today and they left ash in my cup holder. The woman claimed that they only have 2-3 ppl working there and they don't smoke. Did not even try to apologize, just place the blame on my husband who was driving the car at the time it was towed. I do not smoke at all!!! that is disgusting to me and now I have to get my car cleaned. Worst place, do not use!Service: Car towing

Customer service poor … Staff rude said call back we’re closed and hung up on me when trying to see what the total was going to be. Also my car was towed saturday evening I was told I couldn’t pick it up until Tuesday. As they are closed sunday and monday and to be mindful I would still be charges storage fee while they are closed.Service: Car towing

Great service, very prompt and courteous. Louis was particularly nice, offering to drop of keys and fill out paperwork at auto shop so I didn’t have to tag along with him.

They really took care of me after a bad accident. The whole next day I had to scramble to buy a used car, and they were really accommodating about scheduling me in even though it caused them some inconvenience.

It is true what they say these are criminals my friend had an accident and went to the hospital and this crane took his car the next day and was not in the place where they told me they had it I had to wait more than 1 hour but worst of all is that they had stolen the power button of the car and a drill that was in the trunk of my car had less than 1 month of purchase never use this crane they say they don't know but who else will steal if they they took my car and the ignition keys are ruffians took advantage of my friend taking the ambulance

These people are crooks n a joke ! An object flew off one of their trucks and smashed out my window :: when the police arrived at the scene the driver gave all fake information to the officer so I spent all day sat on the phone with the wrong insurance company whom were nice enough to call me back Monday morning and give me the correct name of the business; of which the owner doesn’t have the balls to pick up a phone and speak himself everything is relayed between his assistant; I was told they were conducting an investigation themselves into this situation and refused to give me the correct insurance information; how convenient 24 hours to fix or hide what flew off the truck ;; at 4 pm after waiting all day I finally called again to be told they were done with their investigation and aren’t responsible ! I still have no insurance info ;; wouldn’t it be nice if we could all just conduct our own investigations;; well buddy that’s not how it works ! Give fake information to police n get away with it ? Well that’s not gonna work here and as far as my recorded statement ? I never gave you permission to record me you people are very confused
