Amazingly long wait calling customer service (1hr +) after having been referred by customer service to a Corp store to finally go through a 5 minute process to replace Social security number on file with pseudo number ... T-Mobile had yet another hack recently.You should get your SSN replaced with pseudo SSN to help protect your identity from more hacks of TMobile

Seems nice service in store. But they made so many mistakes on yours account. I wouldn't go to this store anymore after I get the problems resolve. Do not recommend T-mobile!

The manager and the staff are not completely focused on helping customers. One mistake by Katherine by not putting all the info on the traded phone just used my precious time of coming back and forth to the store. The manager Emmy couldn't talk to me and explain what was going on.

This T-Mobile Store is always very busy and their customer service is spotty, or completely lacking!2 recent visits with a friend who needed help finding affordable talk and text plans for a very basic smartphone. I called and visited this T-Mobile Store. They looked at the phone and said they had a basic plan for $35. That's all that was needed, and they signed up. The phone wasn't operating properly so I called the store and they said to bring it in a 2nd time. They looked at it and said the plan my friend had just purchased from them wasn't compatible with the phone which was only 3G. They said the internet launcher had a virus, and they downloaded another, which ruined the phone.They wouldn't refund the $35 they took a few days before!The only answer I see as to why they didn't look at these things the 1st time we came in is that this T-Mobile location is incompetent, indifferent & completely unprofessional!Advice to the reader: Find another location or go to Best Buy! The only thing worse than incompetence is dishonesty! That's what this T-Mobile Store offers.

Worst location in Gaithersburg. Aways a line. They cannot handle the amount of customers that come in this store. Waited for more than 45 minutes to get assisted. Had people that came in after me get help before me. If there is another near by store go ahead and drive a little further possibly will get better assistance and won’t wait as much. Store associates don’t care in this particular location. Wish I could’ve given 0 stars.

Don't come to this store unless you have hours to spare. They're generally inattentive when you enter. Then, I got to play a game of musical chairs with the reps - a total of 4. None of them could solve the problem with the phone and then they finally told me that I would need a new one. Once I gave in, they were in no rush to complete the transaction so I left. This place is a mess and you have other options so I recommend going to another location.

Went in to purchase a new phone. First the lady was not welcoming I told her exactly what I wanted for a phone (so I was a easy customer) When I asked to see the phone she told me it’s the one on the wall ?. I pick one and she said it’s the bigger one ? this woman did not move out her chair to assist me at all. I walked out. I will not return and will not do business with T-Mobile. I definitely will take my business elsewhere.

Visited three different T-Mobile stores attempting to activate an iPhone 14 legacy Sprint account, and only this store was successful. Integration of Sprint/T-Mobile causing intense customer frustration.

Silk, Nadia, Fauur, and Aymara had the BEST customer service. They were very knowledgeable on phones and accessories. I went to other sprint stores, which were very rude. Highly recommended! Thanks again Silk!

It was the first time for my husband and I in this location and the retail sales consultant Aymara Freire was very helpful, very professional, and she really took her time to listen and treat my husband and I very well. I had a really bad experience at the rockville pike federal plaza location, but at the 701 Russell Avenue, Gaithersburg you are welcoming.So thank you Aymara for making a difference today, keep up with your kind work and treatment, also to the manager Fernando thank you for your leadership and being there for your crew. Unbelievably unhelpful, don't expect any assistance if your phone was not purchased from sprint, they between themselves argue on what's correct and what isnt, if one person attempts to help the other will chime in to somehow stop them you can't do this or that. What an absolute wonderful experience I had, while being a customer since 2011 this has now pushed me away from this company (that's including 5 lines) thanks sprint.
