Stopped by to look at their color selection. The young lady assigned to assist had an unfriendly attitude, it felt like she did not want to be there, after a very short interaction, I decided to move on and go to Somewhere else. A customer service class is needed in this location.

Juan was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I live 30 minutes from this store, but went here when the three stores in my town didn't have the paint I needed. He explained alot to me in that short time. I will be going to this location for now on.

I ordered 1 gallon paint for a small bathroom wall on Dec. 8, 2019. I choose a light blue color. After paint a small area on the wall, I found the color was so bright on the wall. Sometimes, the color on the sample card is different from wall . I went back to the store at Gaithersbur, MD. I would hope that the the color could be changed a little bit darker. The technician did several times and made the color I was expected. I was so happy with that. This will not happen at Home Depot or Lowe's. Great service!
