24 hours gas service station is really useful. This shell gas station is very near by me so am regular to this place . Most of the time I get cheap petrol price here. Here the Food mart is customer service is really good and appreciated.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!! I came to the shell gas station on Saturday 03/19/2022 to request services I needed done on my vehicle. ( Brakes for all four tires and a transmission flush the SUPERVISOR told me, yes they will do all these things. Come Monday morning to drop your car off he put my appointment for 1:00 pm but told me to drop car off in the morning just in case someone doesn't show up for their appointment he can fix my car earlier. Monday come 03/21/2022 I come in the morning to drop off my vehicle. The supervisor told me he couldn't find me in the system and that he looked me up under my name and nothing came up. I then gave him the correct spelling of my name and my information showed up. I told the supervisor that my number has changed and I gave him the correct number, he then put it into the system and repeat it out loud to me. I told him that the number was correct I reminded him what I wanted done and I added on tire rotation. He told me being as though I'm already in the system I don't have to fill out the paper in front of me with yellow highlighter. That he will put everything into the system. He told me he will call me when everything is done. 4 o'clock came around and I haven't heard from him so I give shells a call. He tells me that my vehicle doesn't have power steering I told him what are you talking about???? He told me where did you get the information that you needed a power steering flush because your car is electric you don't have power steering fluid. I told him I needed a transmission flush and that the lube center told me that I needed A transmission flush. He then goes on to say well with all the parts that's gonna cost a lot of money! I said okay so, I can afford it. He said it won't be ready before 6 today I will have to come back another day, so I then asked him did y'all at least finish the breaks? He said what brakes you didn't tell me to do the brakes. I said yes I did!! No customer service at all! very surprising to me, being as though he is a supervisor. He told me that I never told him to fix anything that I dropped my car off to get fixed!!!!! that doesn't even make no damn sense! so why did I drop the car off today in the first place. I will NEVER bring my vehicle back to this place again and I hope you read all the reviews because all these reviews are very bad! DO NOT bring your car there.

I don’t recommend this store, I scheduled an appointment for md inspection, drove 1 hour and arrive on time, I was waiting for the inspection done and the rude guy just came and said he doesn’t have time to do it, this people is nothing professional. They don’t care about costumers, don’t come here.

I had to pay a lot of money to pass state inspection and at the end they just gave the paper to fix it myself and they said I'm gonna pass inspection but fix the leaks

I can’t agree more with all negative words others said about this shop. I took my car for the inspection on November 28th and was failed for a few things that they wanted to charge me over $1200, I took it to another mechanic shop and everything was done under $300.I called them on the 22 of Dec for the re inspection and was told they are closed because of the emergency situation. And they guy gave me the28th. I took it and the guy told me they are not working and they will come to the work next year.I told him 28th is the day of expiration since one month passed but he told me he can’t do any throng.To make story short I took my car today for the inspection, and they first told me they have to do a full inspection and I have to pay it and then they agree to charge me just $20 as they were spooked to do in addition. To $79 I paid first.They called me and told me the inspection is failed and I have to pay them for a new full inspection because taillight not working.I went there and check the lights and show them that they were working. They gave me the paper finally but they did not apologized and were very rude.Neve ever I take my car to this shop.

I took my car here for a simple oil change. They damaged my vehicle right in front of my eyes, and on top of that were unable to do the oil change because my factory height car was too low for their outdated lifts that don't have ramps.I contacted the owner of this company regarding the damage to my car (Indus Petroleum and Ace Aman Singh) multiple times through many methods including ways we had talked in the past and he ignored everything.I have a lawsuit against this station for this reason (search Indus Petroleum on Maryland Judiciary Search). This service station and its owner and employees are unethical, corrupt, and inept. I highly recommend you go anywhere else and avoid this place at all costs.

Took time off work to bring my car in for a state inspection. Came back to pick up my car after hours, and discovered that they had failed me for old windshield wipers and a bad tag light. No phone call to ask if I would like to replace those items or anything. They just failed me and went home for the day. Do not waste your time and money at this location. Get it done right the first time somewhere else.

I was at my wits end with trying to find help with plugging or changing my tire on my commercial van ! I called everyone & last was SHELL! I got the van there , they fixed my tire in less then 7mins !! Fast, && friendly !
