Can’t follow directions when making a burger, ordered two items they mixed them up probably cause they were too busy on their phone while cooking the food. It’s pretty easy to read an order and put what needs to go on it and not add things you didn’t order to it.

Took 20 minutes for two drinks and for the lady to not be able to count money and argue saying I didn't pay enough when I was owed change. If you can't count cash don't work the register

By far the busiest Sheetz I've ever been to; every time I come here there's at least 8 orders in the kitchen. They've pretty much been slammed since they opened, and it makes sense since it's the only Sheetz in the area for now. Although it's understandable, it kind of defeats the point of fast food if it's not fast. Most of the workers try their best, but during peak hours, the wait can be pretty long if they're understaffed. If you know how to time it right, you can mobile order to avoid the wait.

Y'all have no idea how excited I was for Sheetz to be getting closer to where I now live. Before we know it, they will be close enough I won't have to make a half hour car ride to fill that yearning for some MTO. When this location opened it was all over my social media, most likely because of geofencing or targeted ads. However, they didn't have to do much for me to end up making my way here. I had to run errands that day and I figured that I would give this area a stop as I hadn't been here much before. Since I was going to be out for errands, I was definitely going to give this a stop. I ended up stopping twice in a day, but not really on purpose. My first stop was on my way into the area. It was early in the day and I hadn't had anything to eat or drink. I didn't want to get anything heavy so I ended up grabbing a snack from the shelf and got myself a sweet tea. With this being a new store it feels a bit spacious and bright inside. It is easy to navigate the store and set up in a way that it flows much easier. The outside of the lot is quite big as well. Island of pumps, ample parking on all sides of the building. With the first stop done I went on about my day. After I put my errands to rest, I backtracked to head home. This time back, I noticed I needed fuel and used the pumps. After I was done with the pumps I ended up heading inside to order myself dinner for the night. They were as quick as they could be with how busy they were. After reading the criticizing reviews of this place during the month after their grand opening, it is good to see that they have overcome their growing pains. And if you're angry that you're grilled cheese wasn't made fast enough, maybe you should have went home and made one or your own.

I am so happy I don't have to drive to Frederick anymore to get cheap gas and a 24/7 place to get food and drinks if needed ! Thank you !

The "cappuccino" machine dispenser seems to mostly always be down. Nothing not hot water comes down.I come here every morning to fill up my cars tank. Seems like 8 out of 10 this machine is down. It's very disappointing,I don't know if I come at the Twilight hour of it finishing before they restock it?? How could it be almost every single time??Employees are not the friendliest. Don't even acknowledge you shopping in their store. No survivor presence is felt.

After working a brutal 12hr shift I pulled up to sheetz to grab some food. I went with a burrito bowl cause I was craving chipotle but it was close. I got none of the toppings I had selected . I paid for guacamole and pico which I didn’t get either. I wanted to go but didn’t feel like driving 10min again. So disappointed. I was really happy that there was late night option finally. The black lady that made my order just sucked . It was order no 298 placed at 1:05 am on September 21. The manager need to train their employees better.

I know u are new. Please fix ur pumps to give receipts. Staff need training on how to complete orders in a timely manner. Drive thru option is a joke as the wait times are super slow. Gas prices are good, food quality is above average. Fried items are being over cooked. Keep ur oil fresh that will help. Staff are very sweet. Will come here again to see if they get it together. Have been driving to frederick for years so happy to have u close by.

Let me first say before I leave my comment that I am a well endowed Sheets lover. I go to Sheets nearly every day and I've been going to Sheetz ever since I went to college and first acknowledged Sheets in Shepherdstown West Virginia. I used to drive all the way out to Frederick Maryland and as far as Sterling Virginia just to get Sheets so I am a huge lover. When they created this location in Gaithersburg, I was appalled because I am a Sheetz lover. I currently live in Gaithersburg Maryland and let me just say this location that was just started has some of the worst staff that I have ever witnessed in any of the Sheetz locations. The staff members are totally unprofessional they literally make you feel uncomfortable immediately upon arriving to the store every time I have given it a chance but I need to make this a clear statement so that hopefully Sheets will recognize this and make changes. I went in this morning to get breakfast, and this was probably one of the worst situations that I had occurred. Immediately upon arriving in the store, I felt as if I had 1 million eyes rolling over me trying to figure out exactly what I was going to order before I even walked up to the screen, when I went over to the staff members after this, they all managed to walk away and act like they had no idea what I was talking about except for one individual when I asked this individual about a specific question. She did not have a Straight forward answer nor did she know the exact answer to the question. This was after I had explained to her what my question was and how my specific meal was made at another location, and she had told me that she did not know if that was the same case at that location. The staff was not helpful, nor did they pay attention to a customer walked into the store with a specific question yet they had all eyes on each individual coming in to order food, almost as if they were trying to act like they were security or they were just trying to push customers out of the store so that they can make the job easier. This is a problem you do not need associates in your store managing the consumers coming in trying to order food to make their job easier by pushing customers out of the store or making people feel uncomfortable so they can stand around and collect a check for hours. I will not go to this location for a while because I am very upset and if you would like I can personally give you my information and show that I shop at sheets and spend nearly $20-$30 a day on Sheetz.

The food here takes forever... I literally had to walk out and ditch the food I payed for so I wouldn't be late for where I was heading next. Won't be doing this again.
