I traded in my truck for one on their vehicles. It was agreed they'd remove and return the $3k in aftermarket parts (I provided all stock parts). They sold my truck almost immediately to a buyer with all my parts and after dodging communications for weeks refused any sort of reimbursement or try in any way to make things right. Will never do business with them again.

I brought my 2010 MKT to Sheehy Ford Lincoln on 9/27/23 to fix a recurring water leak during heavy rainstorms, & to repair my tailgate, which would not stay open. On 9/28, I was informed that the tailgate struts had to be replaced, & the new struts were ordered, & would likely be received by 10/3 or 10/4. I was also informed at that time that the water leak was likely due to a windshield that had to be realigned & sealed. However, the cost of the windshield repair was not yet known, but would be provided to me on 9/29. Since no service was going to be provided for several days, I decided to pickup my car on 9/28. That's when I was charged $435.61 to have my car released. I have not received any information about the proposed windshield repair. 10/3 & 10/4 have come & gone, & I have not heard anything about the arrival of the tailgate struts. On 10/5, I tried contacting my Sheehy service advisor by email, but he has not gotten back to me. I have since taken my MKT to a Safelite shop, & a technician with 16 years of windshield repair experience demonstrated that the water leak in my car was not due to a windshield alignment but to an obstructed drainage on my sunroof. On 10/7/23 & 10/11/23, I sent emails to the Sheehy Customer Service manager asking for help about this issue, & he never even responded.Walter Oleniewski

I just purchased a certified pre-owned ford f-150 from Sheehy. The truck was originally in Virginia but I was very interested In looking at it. I called and talked to Nick Constantine and he got the truck brought to the Gaithersburg location that same night. I went in the next day and was able to test drive it and follow through on the purchase. David Lewald in finance worked with me to get my payments where they needed to be and provided excellent customer service. I was In and out in less than 2 hours with my new truck! Nick and David went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I have been coming to Sheehy for a couple years now. Outside of always waiting to be acknowledged at the service counters once I drop My vehicle off everything else has been great. Yesterday I went in for service and was immediately addressed and handled by Miguel Perez. He was very informative & helpful I hope he stays Great hire Sheehy

This dealership is 10 minutes from my house. To avoid this dealership, I recently drove to a different dealership 40 minutes away from my house for routine maintenance. That's how bad these people suck. These positive reviews sound fake AF.

I bought my parents a brand new Ford Mustang Mach-E on July 25, 2023. Two weeks later when using the back seat for the first time they noticed a small cut on the seat right on the stitching. I texted the sales person on August 10, 2023 with an image and he never responded. Then I called a week later and his mailbox was full. Then my parents called and talked to the general sales manager and he said there is nothing i can do since I don't know how it happened. If that is their policy then they should do a thorough inspection with the buyer at purchase with photos.

Best in Auto Service- Sheehy Gaithersburg. On Wednesday morning July 26, on my free time, I visited for a quick service and to find out I needed a recall fix on my car. I also had a multipoint inspection plus transmission. The team member was outstanding and his name is Miguel. I also want to mention the Tech that worked on my vehicle, the Porters etc.The Manager Steve is truly a good person and cares about his customers too. Please visit this store for all your needs, they are the Best in Auto service needs. First class service all the time. I score them 100%. Please go say hello to Miguel, Steve and his team , they will treat you with respect and care.Thank you Sheehy Gaithersburg.

I've had the pleasure of bringing my Mustangs into the service department for years now, and working with Tanner H in particular as my service coordinator has been amazing. They're honest in their efforts and talk you through do/don't needs, exactly what they did to service your vehicle, and will work to troubleshoot an issue until it's resolved. I'm lucky to have them around the corner, but would happily travel much further to work exclusively with them ?

I spoke with the head of Service, Steve, in late December 2022. The Service Department made an error in repairing my car that not only put me in danger on the road, but also cost me nearly $500 out of pocket to have another service provider remedy. Steve apologized and asked me to send the invoice so they could reimburse me. He never responded to my email, nor a follow up email, and at this point (February 21, 2023), I do not believe I will be reimbursed.I am seriously disappointed as I have had wonderful experiences with Sheehy outside of this interaction. However, I will never take my car back to this or any Sheehy location, as I believe I was manipulated to take down a fair, but critical review, after poor attention to detail led to my driving an unsafe vehicle and needing to pay so much out of pocket.

What a great team Sheehy Ford has. Corey did a great job of welcoming me and answered my initial questions. He then introduced me to Trevor. Trevor is very knowledgeable about the intricacies of these complex vehicles and patiently answered all my questions.....there were Many! Once I found a truck, Trevor worked with me to get a deal that I was comfortable with. Very proactive and not high pressure. Trevor is very good at what he does. Reza in finance is hilarious. Answered all my questions and provided valuable insight about the purchasing process. Transaction was smooth and they got the deal done quickly. I usually dread the car buying experience. This was a very positive experience.

Bought a used car here and had a great experience with Michael Jarvis, my sales associate. He helped me with every step of the buying process, and stayed late to make sure he was there when I came to pick the car up. I would recommend asking for Michael if you were to shop here. Sales manager Alex and finance associate Bernie were a great help too. The touched up rims turned out well.

Don’t bring your car here. They’re dishonest thieves. They took my car and said they inspected it to fix a leak and it’s still leaking. I had a friend fix it instead for $5 and exactly 8 minutes of labor. Sheehy charged me $800 plus I spent $200 for a rental car while they had my car for days. I also had the car in because my back up camera and side censors were intermittently not working. Now, their customer service person said to me after I complained that the cameras were never NOT working while the car was there but they decided — even though things were working when they saw it — to try to charge me $3000 more dollars to fix something they didn’t even see was broken. I thought something was fishy so I googled the parts they were using— almost 50% mark up on top of the labor! To fix something that didn’t show up as broken when they looked at it. I still thought it was fishy because they also told me that the censors and camera were unrelated issues but either they all worked or all didn’t ALL THE TIME. It’s statistically impossible for them to only work or not work all together more than 20 times. There had to be a related factor and they didn’t care to diagnose. So they aren’t competent enough to diagnose let alone fix. I demanded my car back before they touched another thing. Further more it was likely just a loose wire because lo and behold I get my car back and there’s been no camera or censor problem ever since. Likely they knocked whatever it was back in place when they “diagnosed”. I saved $3000. Last, I got my car back and there were parts of my car all over the floor and trunk space. I got someone to put the stuff from the front back on but the trunk space I didn’t see till I got home. AWFUL and expensive experience. AVOID!
