The staff was flexible with us. Our experience spanned over the course of three full days. We worked with multiple sales representative, and even met a couple of the managers. Everyone was pleasant to work with. They were all knowledgeable about the vehicles, the promotions and the service plans. When they didn’t have an answer to a couple of our technical questions they were sure to find one for us. They responded well to our needs and were more than supportive to our shopping experience, even around appointments with other clients.
The only issue we had was with delivery of the vehicle. The car had some scuff marks on the body and some damage on the window. I’ll admit, we chose not to wait for the car that was in transit. Nonetheless, Kwame spent a good while in the heat making sure the vehicle was spotless for us. There were a couple of things that did not buff out, but the manager came to speak with us and coordinated for the service department to resolve those issues— loaner car and all. Also, the tram had good follow-up, ensuring all was well at home with our first electric vehicle purchase.

Professional, friendly, courteous and great to do business with. My salesman Ryan was great to work with, as were Al in the Finance Office. I am so very happy with my auto purchase. The entire experience at Sheehy Ford Lincoln in Gaithersburg was FANTASTIC! For the first time in many years, I've received 1st hand professionalism with a team of people that respect and love their jobs. Serenity in the Tag and Title Department as also wonderful to work with in getting my vehicle registered and tags to me expeditiously! Smooth from start to finish!

I have now bought 2 vehicles here. Both were as painless as I've had so far (I've bought 10+ cars) also, I have had maintenance done twice so far and the service department has been nice, explained everything clearly, and have fair prices.

I spoke to at least a dozen salesmen in the last 6 months at different dealerships. Mike Zeller is the most helpful salesman I spoke to. He didn’t play games or waste our time. He responded quickly to my calls and texts, even when he wasn’t working. We ordered a Bronco Sport and it arrived faster than expected. Mike also shared his honest opinions about which car options and accessories he would or would not recommend. We were very satisfied with the deal we got on our vehicle. I hope to work with Mike Zeller at Sheehy again.

Was able to email about a vehicle on a Saturday evening, come in Sunday afternoon and leave by that evening with it! Mike Zeller was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions, addressed concerns, and despite some road blocks was able to get me into a vehicle at a very fair price. He even acknowledged some things we pointed out in the car that weren’t major issues but he took them back to the service department to make them better so that it was perfect when we were finished with the paperwork. Highly recommend him if you want to buy at Sheehy Gaithersburg!
