Seth Shapero was absolutely amazing! He was great to work with, he was courteous and very professional. He totally understood our needs and desires in looking for a new home in the Rockville/Gaithersburg area. We were so blessed to have found him! 100% would recommend Seth for you home selling/buying/renting needs! He was my realtor for selling my house and communicated with me every step of the way from start to finish (only on the market for 4 days until it sold for ABOVE asking). Seth was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had very specific needs and Seth made sure that he kept those in mind when looking for our ideal rental. We were out of state and Seth would use video chats so we could see the rentals he thought were a good match! He was very respectful to existing tenants and kept it very real with my husband and me. He was responsive, friendly, thoughtful, and focused on not wasting our time with rentals that weren't good matches. Since we were out of state, Seth even went the extra mile and got our keys for us when we took over our new lease until we could make it to the area. He was awesome - we will definitely reach out when we are ready to buy our next house.2023 Update:We reached out again to Seth when we wanted to buy our "forever" home. We were so lucky to have Seth. Everything that made Seth the best realtor for our previous house rental process was the same. He was so patient and easy to work with and made the house buying process as stress-free as possible. Seth is fantastic! We just relocated from the West coast to DC and he was an invaluable resource. Seth quickly picked up on our “style” and edited his showings, accordingly. He was always early and available whenever needed, very fast response time. When we had a minor issue at move-in, Seth offered up his own time for an additional walk through, on short notice, to make sure it met his (and, ultimately, our) standards. I worked with Seth Shapero a few years ago when I bought a condo and then recently when I sold the same condo. Seth went above and beyond in both cases. When buying, he worked diligently to show me many different homes until I could find the one that fit my needs perfectly. He also helped me find and secure beautiful pieces of furniture for the home that I enjoyed over the years. Recently, while I was selling the condo, he helped me find a painter to paint the home and also helped me find someone to move my furniture for donation when I decided to downsize to a smaller apartment. He was there for me every step of the way, making sure that I would be in the best position possible. He was able to negotiate well so I could get a price I didn't expect to get during the sale. I really appreciate everything he's done and couldn't have asked for more. He is an experienced professional who is extremely supportive, and I would recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling a home.
