I just came from this store. I honestly don’t know why I continue to bc the service is so bad. Today, like other times, I walk in, and walk past an associate and don’t get greeted. Let’s face it, it’s nice to get greeted. You feel welcomed and seen. I was one of 3 costumers in the store. Two associates are helping other people, which is fine bc I’m just browsing the aisles. However, these associates pass me by repeatedly, often standing right next to me at the same gondola and I can’t even get a hello? How are you? Even though I was browsing, I went in with the intention of buying a couple of items I needed. I left. I will buy at Sephora online or go directly to the brands website. I don’t know what it is But this happens all the time. I am older so I don’t know if that’s the issue. I don’t know of these associates think women of a certain age aren’t their target customer. When I’m reality, us older women have the money to spend and will spend very well. I don’t know if it’s bc I’m Latina. Who knows? But this is absolutely the last time I walk into this particular store.

I was helping a friend through surgery and walked dow the block to Sephora early August 2024. The store was so busy and I just needed a bottle of the super serum skin tint in Bon Bon. Finally got someone to verify the color that was the best for me, and there was one box left. When I got back to my home in the DR, I found that the box left that I bought, someone had switched it out for the tester and I got about 3 applications with the 50 bucks it costed. Unfortunately the bottles are opaque and I was the one screwed with know one to help make it right!! Buyers be ware and Check your products Before you leave the store! Clerks at the Gaithersburg store didn't even notice they were too busy making their sales ?

Angela was so amazing. I don’t even know where to begin. She is so knowledgeable in the products Sephora has, like every question I had, she knew the answer to. She was so helpful and so patient and I just really appreciated her help, all the suggestions she had were exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Usually I would go online to shop but I will come back to this location simply because I truly valued her customer service! Thank you Angela, was so nice meeting you!

Jessica was so amazing, I went in to check out some of the new products then I requested help to get color matched to a product I was interested. The new Huda blurring foundation. Unfortunately my color was not in stock but she gave me a sample. The she gave me some recommendations on what works with my skin. I ended up getting the Nars Natural radiant in the perfect shade. I also got some other goodies that will step up ly makeup game. She was so helpful and patient with me she educated me on certain products for better results. Next time I come in I will look for Jessica!

I went the store this morning to return the stuff that I over purchased, the staff said the refund cannot back to my credit card because it is overdue and told me to make a call to the customer service and they will give me the same answer if I don’t believe them. So I did called to the customer service and they said “today is the last day that refund will back to my credit card”. Some of the stuff didn’t have full knowledge and unprofessional and it wasted my time. Sephora is always my favorite but staff should be fully trained and have a service mind if you wanna work in service industry.

The most beautiful girls work at Sephora Crown. I was immediately greeted and assisted with a walk-in appointment for eye brow waxing. Bridget did an amazing job on my brows. She was so detailed and really took her time. She kept warning me of the oncoming pain and then took mesures to alleviate the pain by holding pressure to the site. I have never had someone take such good care of me during waxing. Thank you to the staff at Sephora on Wednesday, May 8th!

I had a wonderful experience at Sephora yesterday! Jessica, who helped me, was exceptional. She took the time to understand my makeup needs and preferences and offered expert advice on the products and techniques. Her patience and professionalism were impressive, and she made me feel confident in my purchases. Thanks to Jessica, I'll definitely be returning to Sephora for my future makeup needs. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Jessica exceeded my expectations!

I'm not surprised at Em Al's review. During December I walked into the store 10 Min before closing . I was approached and advised we are closing in 10 min what are you looking for specifically. I then said I'm looking for a gift. The lady pointed out a table of gifts. Honestly I left the pressure to leave so I said I would rather come back another day. Needless to say I haven't been back.

Came into the store and nobody greeted me. I had to ask for somebody to help me. At check out, Marcella was extremely rude and kept looking at me like I am crazy when I asked questions in regards to my gift card specifically as an online return using the same gift card. She wasn’t able to solve it and I am not inclined to come into the store again. Most employees will ignore you and if you ask questions, the associates aren’t friendly.i hope management implements better customer service trainings

I, begrudgingly, had to get a new professional headshot. If I wanted it to look anywhere near decent, I knew professional help was needed. Since the shoot was nearby, I scheduled a 60-minute full face with someone I had never been to before, taking a bit of a risk. Jessica really came through for me! She perfectly matched everything, gave me the exact look I wanted--none of that au natural business, but a full on glam look with just enough subtlety for a professional photo, plus she was a delight to chat with while in her chair. I will most certainly be back to see Jessica anytime I need makeup done. She is a pro and a sweetheart. Glad to have finally found "my makeup artist!" Thank you, Jessica!
