7 days a week office hours so you can contact with customer service in person not only on website or kios, so make it easy and convenient to me to manage the way I need my storage such as the Unit location and making payment in the office.

Setting up the account was a good experience and the representative was very friendly and patient. However, the company needs to provide a second person on the premises on Sundays to relieve stress on one employee. As well as stress on the customers.
