I am not a client of this bank. The owner of the house where I live yes. For more than two years I deposit the rent and I always do it at the agency of Montgomery Village and I never had a problem just by giving them the name of the person to whom I deposit the money even though I did not have the full account number. Today very close to 10 in the morning due to an emergency and that is close to my bank, enter this Gaithersburg agency, I approached the window, the supervisor attended me and I am surprised that I cannot make the deposit without having the full number of the client's account, and that they could not look for it by name, I explained that more than two years I do it so I fill the paper at the entrance with the data and the last 4 number of the account why the client has two Accounts in the bank still did not want to make the deposit. Please in what world of it is not possible to make this move? She made me snub because I'm not American and I still can't speak English well? Is it racism or does it not do its job well? Thanks to the Miss who did the translation I knew the treatment Mrs. Supervisor was giving. I feel indignant about this deal. I had to waste time to return to the agency of Montgomery Village and make the deposit that they very kindly always do. Please gentlemen of the bank give me an explanation.
