this is the worst place to deliver. they have a car park right in front of the dock. who designed these doors? are you out of your mind? i have 6 years of truck experience and this is the first time i see this.
you will scratch all your tires, because the curbs will get in your way. it is just a nightmare for a semi truck. cars drive by and do not let you park in the dock.
A woman who looks like a chinese is very rude at the Receiving. She was yelling at me and was very rude. How can people behave like this? This is not normal.
I don't recommend coming here.

Poor service. Moved to this area about 4 months ago; currently living in Bethesda and have been putting in for delivery service- plus member and member of Sam’s club for 20 plus years. This store never provides tracking information for delivery items. Also today was supposed to have an order delivers between noon to 2pm and it never came. Called and was told my order was delayed and would be here between 230pm-3pm. 3pm elapses and call member services at 320 only to be told my order was not scheduled for a driver to deliver. I will be contacting corporate regarding this- exceptionally disappointed with this store’s service

Now ANNE the supervisor that I saw torment an employee at Pizza shop and torment and humiliated other at the customer service you are nothing but a loser that have. Power trip . It's terrible that Sam's club a big organization hire bully and people that treat other employees like trash. Shame on you Sam's club .

I was hoping this practice was a one off the last time I was here, but it looks like the new norm. They are leaving carts in the middle of traffic. When this location is busy, there are cars and people everywhere. Drivers are reckless and pedestrians don’t pay attention. Last time there were a ton of people gathered to grab carts and drivers were still flying by. This is incredibly dangerous and I hope someone in management smartens up and corrects this before anyone gets hurt.
Came back and it’s still happening 3 weeks now. And the management is still allowing it to happen.

The quality of the ground beef is not very good. I bought a tray last week and it came out tasteless and a purple tone. I had to throw away all the meat. It's good that they review the product.

Large variety of goods from apples to tvs to beverages etc. A lot of items sold in bulk to save $$$. Membership fee but is discounted at times.

Sam’s Club in Gaithersburg needs to do a revamp on their customer service and employee training. Anytime I do an online pick up order I’m waiting in the parking lot for over 30min-45min. You call customer service for assistance and they immediately place you on hold or hang up. I go inside and the employees are having side conversations as there’s a line of people waiting to be helped. They literally do not care, immediately asked if I wanted to go find the groceries myself. They have no sense of urgency and are extremely nonchalant. I’ve requested both times for the store manager to contact me and she never did so I’ve forwarded my complaint to corporate.
