Horrible people work there.rude managers ms.Tracy is just always rude and ignorant. I don’t know how they run the store with such staff.I wish there was another Ross in the area hate going there.

The Ross store in Gaithersburg, Md used to have self checkout. Now the got rid of the self checkout. The line now takes twice as long to checkout. The Ross people don’t believe in technology and their customers suffer. Walmart has added more self checkout stations, and Ross just went the opposite.
It seem Ross doesn’t know how to run a business

I want to echo what someone else reviewed, this has to be one of the worst locations they have. It has a nice location in the plaza, but overall, the inside of the store is not all that great. The stock is lacking. I know I have said this before, but why is the men's section always overlooked at stores like this. What they do have, seems to be limited to active wear and polos. Of course I didn't find anything I wanted and that made for a quick stop in here before I headed to the other store in this plaza that is similar setup. I am glad to have stopped here, but probably won't anytime in the future.
