While I am not the kind of person to leave reviews very often- I just want to give praise to the service advisor Adam Kerner, he has taken care of my parents for probably 7 years and truly has had their best interest in heart. The epitome of what an exemplary service advisor should be. He is the kind of employee that goes above and beyond. Very knowledgeable, kind, and thorough.

Nina and Ebi are amazing! So kind, so professional and knowledgeable, and so welcoming! Definitely exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy car and I will definitely do business with them again in the future. I just purchased my 2024 Integra Aspec. And then my spouses MDX daily driver he got from them earlier this year

I have bought 2 cars from Rosenthal and have had very good experience. Recently my MDX needed work done and there was a week wait to get it seen to. I called other dealers and this was not the case. For me this is an issue. So I have moved on to another brand.

It was certainly a pleasure experience working with the Sales Manager - Vinay. I highly recommend him for any car purchases at this location. He has been extremely supportive, helped us throughout the process, saved a bunch of our hassle times.

Have driven Acura vehicles since 1990. Purchased a 2021 certified TLX advance which has a loud front end noise. 6 visits to Rosenthal have not fixed problem. From general manager: "You have to take this issue to Acura". He gave me no Acura contact information after telling me that this vehicle qualifies for lemon law. Is this the Acura experience you were aiming for? I will keep this review updated with any progress one way or another.

Most of the time, buying a used car can be a painful process, but not with Solomon at Rosenthal Acura. We found a '21 RDX online at Rosenthal when we were shopping at a nearby dealership and Solomon took our call. Had the car ready to show to us in the time it took us to get to the dealer.
Solomon answered all of our questions and took the time to make me feel comfortable while I thoroughly inspected the car. We didn't leave with the car that day but ended up sealing the deal and driving off with the car later that week.
Special shout-out to Ebi in the financing department. He did an amazing job explaining our options and helping us decide on a plan that worked best for our needs. Absolutely no pressure or judgement during closing.
I am admittedly a tough customer and Rosenthal Acura, Solomon, and Ebi earned my business for life. We love our car and the deal we got.
Note: At no time did anyone from the dealership ask for this review. I was just so pleased that I felt obligated to share my experience.

I cannot recommend a better sales representative other than Ms. Nakeya Brown. After shopping around online I found the exact spec TLX I was looking for. Ms. Nakeya was more than willing to assist me with any & all questions, especially since I'm an out of state purchaser (CA). She was able to guide me through the process, step by step & was quick with responses - given the time difference. I highly suggest this professional if you're in the market for a new acura. She deserves a raise, cheers friend!

I have never felt so guided and appreciated when purchasing a product. Ms.Nakeya and Mr. Ebrahim spent endless hours helping me not only find a car but find a reliable insurance company. When I walked in this morning Ms. Nakeya guaranteed she’d do everything in her power to ensure not only would I find the car that fits me but that I’d get the best deal along with that. I will definitely recommend both of their hand to hand expertise to my friends and colleagues!

My wife and I have always been happy with the service on our RDX at Rosenthal, and particularly with our service rep, Adam. Rosenthal Acura is a solid well-run outfit with courteous, professional reps and technicians all around. Today, in particular, I would like to commend one of the folks there: Elizabeth. A rainy, chilly morning; dropped the RDX off for maintenance, and required for the first time there, a loaner. Elizabeth was extremely helpful and efficient is walking me through the process and setting me up with a loaner; her kindness brought some cheer to an otherwise dreary day. She is an excellent ambassador for the service department.

I randomly decided to get a new car, Nakeya made the process easy for me. Went in and got the car I wanted. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for Acura.
