As many of the other reviewers, I agree!This place is very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you are looking for the beautiful experience that comes from buying a quinceañara dress this is not the place. I went because it was recommended from a family member of the owner.I knew deep down inside I should have went to a couple other places but because my daughter fell in love with the dress and they made sure to let me know we wouldn’t get it on time for her photoshoot I caved and ordered it from there. Found the same dress later on for $200 less at a place that treated my daughter like a princess. It was too late. I got over it. It gets worse… I go back to pick it up and pay the rest. She totally forgot she offered the crown for free (she even pointed and told us those are the ones that we can choose from). She offered it for free because I was hesitant to buy the petticoat so that’s when she offered the crown but when I picked up she said she never said that.I knew $200 was too much for the petticoat but with the crown she offered I was ok with paying the overpriced items. Even when my daughter’s aunt went to make a payment on the dress she asked her if she could see the crown she offered with the dress and she showed her the same ones she showed me and didn’t correct her about it being free.Not something I would just make up. Anyway she did offer a 50 percent off the crown but after I paid for the dress she walked away and didn’t ask if I still wanted it. I had to tell her excuse”I’m buying the crown” I mean I was already there right. But the fact that she just walked away. So rude.So if you want to go to a place that over charges, doesn’t keep their word, doesn’t make the experience a delightful one with rude customer service you have found your place. Now even going through all the reviews how did I not run from this place. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. I don’t even like leaving reviews but this was my daughter’s experience too so I’m so disappointed.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!!! The customer service here is HORRIBLE!!! The workers here don’t acknowledge you or wanna help you, they don’t even do their own job . They can’t take measurements right and if they aren’t right they charge you OUTRAGEOUS PRICES!!! I’d rather go to macys, Cinderella , or any other dress store. This place is so unprofessional and Id recommend other places.

I don't recommend this store, bad service, very unfocused on their job, they ruined my dress, I bought it in the store and they damaged it, they charged me to fix it and they damaged it and they didn't answer me for it. I took them to the store and They kept the dress and the money, then they also made the little quinceañera's dress. When I arrived to pick it up, it was burned and of very poor quality because it broke the first time I put it on. The things were very expensive, bad service, bad attention, and the truth is I If I could, I would also give you stars. I have photos of everything that was damaged. They treated the mothers of the court children badly. They were afraid to go pick up the suits. They don't even know how to take measurements. The bust was left on my arm and my dress was already there. It didn't fit, they had already cut it, the hem looked like a huge mistake, I had to go to Maycis and there I found something good of better quality and cheaper. I really REALLY REGRET having bought my 15 year old daughter's dress and the ladies too, The owners have no concept of what customer service means, they treated the girls' mothers very badly, the girls' dresses were not perfect as they promised at the beginning and they cost me 170 dollars for each one, unfortunately I saw exactly the same ones in the wheton store and they cost 65 and the people are very kind I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU YOU WILL REGRET IT

Terrible service, I accompanied my friend to her daughter's quinceañera party, she ordered a beautiful dress to be made according to the model presented, but since we entered the place, bad service, rude, inattentive girls, then they took the measurements of her dress, they made the respective payments, when we went to pick it up, it was terrible, they told him that they would fix it, and on the eve of the party we went to pick it up again and it was the same... bad and on top of that they charged him a fee for the fix, total The dress never fit well, it had a lot of flaws and the lady didn't know how to solve it, my friend left her the dress so she could get the money back and to this day she hasn't received a response for almost a month and the worst thing is having put my friend to get another place at the last minute, when everything was supposed to be ready...I particularly seeing this... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT STORE AT ALL

I do not recommend this store, they should close this poor service, poor quality products, I arrived for a court dress of honor and they were shocked and they never wanted to help me knowing that they took the wrong measurements, they only serve to scam people, stores like this should not exist bad service I would like to express everything they did to me in that store but I wouldn't finish telling my bad experience

I had a very good reception, the ladies were very friendly, I loved how they gave me payment plans to have my niece's dress. There is a great variety of dresses and all the accessories. I recommend it.

The older lady that serviced my daughter and helped her try on her dress was very non professional She cut out the whole emotion about going dress shopping and was really rude about her not being as thin as another girl I would really recommend to not waste your time at this store
