Harassed by security because I apparently took too long to leave the premises after stuffing my toddlers into their car seats. Guard told me that I was "sitting there in a blacked out truck with black tints." I wound down the back windows to show my crying toddlers and asked him just what he thought I was doing while sitting in their lot? I even showed him the receipt so he could see the time that I checked out of the store and made it to my "blacked out truck with black tints" conveyance with my double stroller. I've been driving "blacked out vehicles with black tints" for over 20 years. This is the first time that someone has used that as a reason to approach me in a parked vehicle. Like, the police have never approached me like that, much less security guards. ? ? ? Make sure to leave immediately after completing your shopping, especially if you have your windows tinted to the legal limits. They don't want you "black vehicle with tinted window" types sullying their premises.

I'm giving this area 5 stars all across the board. I guess it helps that I live across the street from all the shops and restaurants. Also I absolutely love the lake perfect for an early morning jog or a bike ride even though I'm told ?'s aren't allowed. I highly recommend taking a day trip if you're out of town. It may be a small area but it has so much to offer

The Rio is my go-to spot. Lots of choices for food and drink, and events, places to shop and play. The atmosphere kind of reminds me of a boardwalk
